Case Of The Missing Bathmate!!!

I think the inventor is English so that is why the service here in the UK is better.

We also have very different accents :)

You got a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] that you can spare(new or used)? This issue with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is starting you really make me rethink making a purchase from them again. I mean they have a good product, but their support after you purchase it is very shitty. Atleast they could have an auto-responder on the e-mail, so that you know that they are actually getting it. What is going on with them?

try and contact the UK site.

One time when I had a damaged seal, and I never even bought the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] off the official website, the guys at [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] UK sent me a new one for free

Explain your situation to them
 
Hey Simyan!! The UK site is the company that I have been dealing with since the beginning. They have not answered my 2 e-mails and Agust works with that company(I believe). ALEX7, as I explained before that I cannot afford to buy another [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at this time due to the fact that I was laid-off. I wish I would have known this was going to happen because I could have saved the money that I used for shipping it back to the company. I wish someone, anyone from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] would look into this matter cuz I am very disappointed with the companies customer service.
 
I'm sure there is a technical error. Mayeb your email address isn't gettign through.

Now that I think about it I had this exact problem when I dealth with them so I think I created a new email address.

I would isntantly get sent a message saying my email had faield to send.

Check your spam box maybe you have those messages there.

If not I would still try an contact them with a different email address.

As for Agust, I Dunno. Maybe he think's that it is August and he is on holidays :)

Sorry to hear that bro, i have sold my used [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Herc[/words] which was in perfect order, few weeks ago, there are probably more used ones, post a single post just for that!
 
I would ALEX7. but I cannot buy anything right now, so there is no need to post to see if anyone has one(unless DLD would donate one to me lol). Hey SIMYAN!! I don't have any e-mails returned due to a failure to deliver, so they must be getting them.
 
Is it a hotmail address you are using? Try sendign it from a different email address or all of us can email them and spam them haha :)

Thanks for sending a message for me DLD! That was 2 days ago and still no response! This is pretty pathetic since my threads here and on Thunders is what really started the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] craze. It is even crazier that they haven't responded to you because [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] is one of the main supporters of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and even [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] can't get a response.
 
Just sent another email, I am not sure what the hold up is.
