Thanks guys! My only other concern is not knowing if I am doing enough. I won't have my LG hanger for another few days and I know you reach a "fatigue" point when using hangers and that's when you know you've done enough for the day. For now, I'm just using my lengthmaster (I know you can use this as a hanger too......but I'm waiting since the LG hanger comes with weights and stuff) until I get the LG Hanger. Do Ijust stretch with the Lengthmaster until I can feel fatigue?
 
Forget the wrap, go with the sleeves and you will never look back!

To answer you about fatigue question with the LM: Its difficult for me to guide members with hands stretching, and the lengthmaster, because the force is dependent on the person doing the pulling ... hard to me, may be soft for you, and vice versa!

With weights its black and white ... 5lbs is 5lbs period.

So, all I can suggest is when you stretch with the LM, you do it with force, not so hard that you want to tear it off, but a good amount of force is needed otherwise the penis has no reason to adapt to the stress, this is not the same as long marathon sessions using the extenders [which are great] using lower force, to make cell growth possible, and increase size.

With all the stretching, and hanging we are hitting external tissue with the tunicae that covers the entire penis like a uniform, and is very strong, to the ligaments that anchor it at the suspensory, to some that do inner penis work targeting the ligaments which connect into the root.

A ligament even exists connecting the glans to the shaft, so that also stretches but nothing like the suspensory ligament can.

Also when you do stretching, please try to perform reverse kegels on and off.

You wont do them the whole time of course not, but every so often they help to force the ligaments into a more relaxed state in the suspensory area, this is still not entirely explainable how it is done because the pelvic floor region doesn't actually have a muscle that reverses, like with a kegel you contract, but the reverse kegel you go opposite, but it is not an opposite muscle as such, its more a relaxation to the area so the ligaments can be hit harder, before they would be shielded somewhat by the action of the re-flexing by the pelvic muscles, as when you kegel.

You want to try aiming for a slight burn sensation in the base area, this is telling you 100% the ligament is being stretched and fatigued to a high degree.

I always had this when I hammered it with lots of effort, and the reverse kegel helps to bring it about faster.
 
I concur! Best to try them one by one, to see what feels the best. If some stretches feel too strong, then maybe those stretches you can save for the future. As in, something too strong at the moment could in future be the added intensity needed if/when you hit plateau.

The hanger is a hanger as long as it’s comfortable and you can hang weight from it to gain length it’s all good. So if you feel more comfortable hanging with the LG opposed to the LM that’s just fine

Dude! Thank you for the lengthy post I really appreciate that. This makes more sense to me. I'll have to wait until I feel that burning sensation when I go for it later tonight.

@DLD My birthday isn't until November. LOL
Also, I'll give LM hanging a try when I get some weights.

I've received advice that I should choose mainly two stretches so that I can focus on targeting on a specific part of the penis rather than doing a bunch of stretches and being all over the place......what are you guys' thoughts?

Also, would you suggest wearing an ADS before and after my hanging routine? Or is that too much? I've also received advice that it would be too much but I just want to know what other people think before I make a decision on that.

Boy I really need new glasses! This is like the third mistakes I’ve made in the past four hours. I posted two things that I completely misunderstood. I've been struggling to find the right tension with extender post-PE. My strategy has been to give it as much extension as i can get without pain, and i've found that at the end of a day of post-PE extending, my shit wants to turtle up. That has made me think i should go easier with the extender. But then yesterday, i measured significant gains, so that makes me think it's working and I shouldn't change a damn thing.

Red hit the nail on the head here, and it's been a real problem with stretching (as opposed to hanging). How much force are you using? How much force should you use? Mostly people have had no idea. They can't tell us how hard they're stretching, and we can't tell them if they're stretching too hard or not hard enough.

In case you haven't seen it, you should check out my thread on this exact subject (the link is in my signature). I strongly encourage you to start doing this so you'll know exactly how hard you're stretching, and the whole community will have your data going forward.

Going by feel is not bad, and it's obviously what stretchers have been doing up to this point, but it can be deceptive. I started stretching at 20-25lbs of force and it felt GREAT... and also resulted in some injuries that forced me to take time off. Now I've backed off to about 15lbs force on my stretches, and I'm still getting a decent stretch but without the injuries.

The scale I use was $7 on Amazon. Pretty good investment. ;)

Moderate is best as you want to heal as close to max length as possible. If you can heal at 100% intensity. How long? As long as you can, every minute matters.

Thanks for your response boys. I will add the ADS. I have a Phallosan Forte and I think I'll start using that again. I'll start with low tension once I receive my LG Hanger. Btw....it finally shipped! I think it will arrive on Saturday? Doesn't quite give me a date yet. Really excited for it! :)

Dude! What a great idea! Thanks for posting on my thread I really appreciate it. I just got done reading through your thread. Definitely understand the penis dysmorphia thing. I feel like my dick is just "ok" sized. Even though I'm above average I'm just not satisfied with it AT ALL. Anyway, I did have a question about the luggage scale thing......how exactly do you apply it to the Lengthmaster to measure the force? Are you pulling on the scale itself while its attached to the Lengthmaster?


I am loving the silisleeve. However, I'm thinking I should cut part of it off? It seems to be a little too long for me. Would you guys recommend chopping a small portion of it off? Or just rolling up part of the bottom? And, is it always necessary to use the silicap as well? I make sure the LM isn't touching my glans when I pull, so I sort of don't really feel the need to put the silicap on.

I would roll the excess length up, you will grow :) and I personally wouldnt wear the silicap when using the LM, unless hanging perhaps with it.

If I understand correctly, you pull the luggage scale itself, and it pulls the LM.

Yup! :) For downward stretches I hook my foot into the handle and just press down with my leg.

I'll put one of these scales on my shop list. @DLD could these be incl with devices from the shop? specifically the PA and LM
