Thanks! I already want to measure again but I am waiting till at least 2 weeks. I like to measure bi-weekly.

10 Min Erect Stretch

I had previously increased the duration of my stretches from 30 seconds to 1 minute each. I am rethinking this decision now because this is the 2nd day in a row where my glans have been a bit too sensitive to the pressure from the Pump. Had to skip the Hardcore Stretches again. I'm also going to take the rest of the day off from extending. I think he needs some rest haha. I'll be going back to 30 seconds on my bundled stretches and re-evaluate extending the duration at a later date.

Thanks! I already want to measure again but I am waiting till at least 2 weeks. I like to measure bi-weekly.

i’m very happy that you’re customizing your routine to your specifications. That is what I expect from everyone I write a routine for. I like that you’re testing your limits and I think you will find great growth as you remain dedicated to this work.

W00t! Excited to see some results. I kind of expected maybe a tiny bit more girth but at the same time, I really haven't been doing much girth work at all. The pump stretches kind of feel like girth work since I pump a bit but in the end, I'm still happy with the results. After all, I am measuring only two weeks apart. I can't expect to make a ton of gains within that amount of time.
