Hello MoS!

So I've been aware of PE for probably about 6 years or so. However, I have been pretty inconsistent for the most part. Because of that I'm not quite sure what my starting stats would have been. In the beginning, I did a lot of jelqing (which I know I made some small gains from) but I didn't officially take an accurate measurement until June 2016. So I just use that as my starting date of June 23, 2016.

I did PE for about 2 months more after that and then quit for a while. I came back for another month did a little here and there............and now I've restarted and I've been a lot more active with PE and done much more reading and research in order to really make some serious gains. I'm sticking with it now for a very long time. I've got some big goals. Here's are my recorded stats and dates:

6/23/16 (Start) - BPEL: 5 13/16" BEG: 5 3/4" (Have Pictures)

8/23/16 - BPEL: 5 15/16" BEG: 5 15/16" (Have Pictures)

10/23/16 - BPEL: 6 3/16" BEG: 5 15/16" (Have BPEL Picture)

12/1/18 - BPEL: 6 3/8" BEG: 6 3/16"

12/24/18 - BPEL: 6 9/16" BEG: 6 3/8" (Have Pictures)

1/12/19 - BPEL: 6 3/4" BEG: 6 3/8"

2/12/19 - BPEL: 6 15/16" BEG: 6 3/8" BPFSL: 7 1/4"

So, in December 2018 I've gained 3/16 in both Length and Girth. I measure every two weeks....unless I miss a day then I might postpone my measurement date by a day or two.

Here's my current routine:

Warmup
84 Tension Stretches - 20 Second Holds
15 Minutes Bathmate
20 Clamped Squeezes - 5 Second Holds
15 Quick Kegels
15 Minutes Start & Stops
Warmdown

In short, I'm doing manual stretches, bathmate, clamping, kegels, edging. For the Tension stretches, I started at 10 Tension stretches and added 5 each workout. Once I reached 50, I started to only add 2 per workout. Currently at 84 now. Bathmate.......so I've been splitting 15 minutes into 3 sets of 5 minutes but I'm going to switch to a straight 15 minutes. So far this routine has been working really well. I'm gonna post some questions below in my next post.

Here are my goals:

Monthly Goal - Jan. 2019 - BPEL: 6 3/4" MEG: 5 7/8"

2019 Goal - BPEL: 7 1/4" MEG: 6

ULTIMATE SIZE KING GOAL - BPEL: 9" MEG: 7"

And just to add to that......when I get to 9 x 7 (because I DO believe that this IS possible), I'd probably just want to keep going.....but we'll see I suppose. I am determined to be very active on the forums. I won't be that guy that pops in here every 6 months. So you're stuck with me. Lol. :)

Ok so my questions.......could I get some feedback on my routine? I mean, I'm making gains but I wanted to know if ya'll thought anything seemed off about my routine. Also, let me rephrase this isn't exactly MY routine. I've put it together from all those who have come before me and some outside help as well. But I just wanted some extra feedback.

When would you change up a routine? When you are no longer making gains? I've been wanting to try hanging but I thought I would first "wring out" the gains from this routine first.....just see how much I can get from it before switching. Just my thoughts....what are yours?

I also just wanted to say.....I stopped by the Picture Proof area....and....WOW! I can't believe some of the guys there. A lot of guys on this forum are huge. Sign me up!

Looks like you have a great routine in progress and are making gains. Awesome!

I see an opportunity to change your Bathmate session A little bit.

Try following the 5/5/3 routine.

5 minutes bathmate
5 minutes SSJ’s
Repeat 3x

Looks like you are on track to meet your goals.

@MCBLZ Got to it first! :D Yes, the 5x5x3 routine with the Bathmate has been much more succesful than just going straight for 15 minutes. Of course you can do a 15 minute BM sessions here and there, but the risk for more fluid retention and possible discoloration grows. That's what I have been personally noticing anyhow.

If something does work favorably for you and all the Positive Indicators are in the air, it's a good idea to keep on that path.
In your routine few more Kegels could be added, remember to do your reverse kegels as well.
There have been notes about doing reverse kegels while in the Bathmate to help with the length gaining.

Thanks guys. I do have one question about the 5x5x3 bathmate routine......I am going to give it a try today but, I do clamped squeezes right after my bathmate and they seem somewhat similar. I put my clamp on and with one hand I grab the clamp and push upwards with it (the clamp stays in place but pushing upwards adds tension) with my other hand I squeeze below the glans and also slowly push downwards. So I guess my question is, should I change up my clamped squeezes then? I could add a second clamp and just do regular clamping if you guys think that would be best or if you think I should just keep it the same that would work.......Can I get some opinions here? Thanks! :)
 
That clamping sounds quite effective actually! It's just not often "marketed", as it requires a bit more care, but I think you're in the clear. :)
The basic idea anyhow, for me at least, is to pump in short intervals, jelq/massage/xxx to make the gaining more uniform and to reduce fluid retention. SSJ's are a stable in the 5x5x3 but I have taken times where I do more of regular jelqing or massaging than SSJ's.

One idea is to rotate between the clamping routine and SSJ's, see which one you find the best for yourself.
 
as others have mentioned, your routine looks great and the only question i have would be about the 'intensity' in which your stretching and pumping. Since the majority of length-work is done flaccid, I've tried to create an exercise that I can do fully erect...full package pumping in my modded X40 (sounds crazy but after a while you get used to the sensation). This works for me due to my testicles taking-up any space in the cylinder thereby focusing the pressure up the tube.

The Tension Stretches feel easy to me. I keep increasing reps to add more to it. However, I am still making gains off of it so I have not switched to something more intense. I have had thought about switching to Hanging but I decided to wait until I see very little length gains. Would you suggest something different? The Tension Stretches take me 45ish minutes alone......lol.

Ok so just one last question....I've kind of said this before and I just want one more validation to make sure my routine is fine:

Do I need to do something different with my Clamped Squeezes since I am going to change my bathmate routine to 5x5x3 SSJs? The Clamped Squeezes and SSJs seem to be very similar. The main difference is that one uses a clamp and the other doesn't. Thanks people! :)

86 Tension Stretches

Well unfortunately I only did Tension Stretches yesterday because I was sore. I masturbated just a little bit on my rest day and that's definitely the reason why I was sore. Hate when I miss a full day's routine but at least I got my tension stretches in. I'm sore today a little as well. So I may end up taking today off too. Kind of frustrating. Need to not touch my dick on rest days.

I recently acquired a custom ordered cock ring. I love it so far but I wanted to know......when and how often should I wear it? How tight? I mean obviously when it comes to sex that's always fun. But in terms of enlargement, when would ya'll say its best to wear it? I feel like I read somewhere that its good to wear it all day but I'm worried that this will cause a little bit of soreness and in turn, will affect my bathmate pumping.

You want to wear it tight enough to keep the pump around for a few hours. So I’d say after your girth work out you should put on your cock ring for 3 to 4 hours. During this time or even after you can re-fluff yourself and re-attach the ring. The idea is to heal in a expanded state

For the first few times keep a watch on yourself to make sure nothing goes wrong, be very aware of how it feels just to be safe. But I think the directions I gave you to keep you in the safe place while you heal

I was thinking about getting lengthmaster or trying out hanging in order to increase intensity.....but I wanted to know....

Should I wait to increase intensity until I see length gains slow down or come to a stop?

I was sore again. So only did Tension Stretches.

1/10/19 - Rest Day

Man I was really consistent and everything up until I a couple days ago. I train 2 days on 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off. My schedule for PE was supposed to look like this the past week:

1/5 - Full Routine
1/6 - Full Routine
1/7 - Rest
1/8 - Full Routine (Too Sore, only did Tension Stretches)
1/9 - Full Routine (Too Sore, only did Tension Stretches)
1/10 - Rest
1/11 - Rest
1/12 Measure!

So I'm kinda bummed I didn't get to do full routine on 1/8 and 1/9 but oh well. I'm thinking about measuring 1/11 and doing my full routine again and continuing with my 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off again.

You should continue to use your stretcher regardless if you’re making a gain or not because an extender is just as important role in healing as it does in gaining. The LengthMaster is a very different animal, it is much more powerful than any other device and allows you to do many different types of length work. It brings gains from areas you never thought you could access. It is so powerful that you will never use all of the strength. It can be used with any stretch using two hands, it can be used as a hanger, it can be used as a PowerAssist And many other things. I tell man to get the lengthmaster before any other equipment as you make length gains so much faster.
