cant get whole glans in!!!

only problem is i cant get my whole glans in the unit. it will get the top in no problem and its holds perfectly and to be honest its totally comfortable
but when i take it off the tip of my glans is totally ballooned . the ballooning wouldnt even be bad it is was my whole head.

any tips?

Have you tried a bit of baby powder on the gains before inserting? Also, do you naturally have a very large head?

I have not tried that but I might. I ended up getting it all in there last night! I think the main issue was that the sluice wasn't really broken in enough to let me through. My head is probably slightly above average and my glans kind of flares out at the end so it was a bit of trial and error.

Now that it was in though it was great. I got a few hours of use with no discomfort at all. I was slightly numb when I took it off but there was no discoloration.

I really think this device will push me from 8" to 9" in no time. I also use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] pretty regularly.

This sounds like Edema at the tip of the Glans/Meatus.

You need to assure that there is not an air pocket at that area, and that your skin is pressed tightly against the Latex Diaphragm.
Pressurize diaphragm from its back side so it bulges out.
Press Glans against that bulged out latex.
Continue pressing in, as you remove air from the backside of the diaphragm, causing it to pull in the glans.

Takes practice.

Yes that's exactly how im doing it now and it's working perfectly. It's on right now and it's perfectly comfortable. Im super impressed. I have to slip in and out of a brand new sluice a few times before I can get in easily but once it's slightly broken in it's a breeze.

So happy you got this down! There is always a learning curve with new equipment and you leaned very quickly!

Eventually I managed to get the glans in (after a lot of lube, and giving up the little bulb pump and switching to the hose). But the most comfort came when I switched the inner diaphragm to a larger (blue) one, and kept the sluice at medium (white).

And you're right, it takes some practice to get it right.
