Can someone Please rate my length routine!? :)

Hi

I know a friend who got this length routine from another site and saw decent results.

I just wanted some more experienced members to rate this routine....

5 mins - warm up

5 mins - power stretch

5 mins - V stretch

5 mins - ultimate jelq

5 mins - circular stretch

5 mins - warm down


the whole thing taking 30 mins to complete, and doing it one day on and one day off.....

what do you guys think, is this incorporating all the Penis Enlargement principles to increase length?
 
I don't see why you couldn't get away with doing it every day. Is this your first routine?

Yeap this is my first ever routine that i'm about to start. I wanted to have one that is really efficient and will have the largest likelihood of working, and from what i've read this is it, do you have any suggestions on how to improve it?. Also would doing it every day not just be overkill...and not give your penis time to recover?
 
Its a good start sonny1199. The KEY is being consistent in your workouts so again this will be good to begin with and you will be surprised in your recovery time. Continue this for a month remember to record your personal stats from the beginning of your journey and review your progress. In time you will find what exercises you like more then others and in time you can modify as needed. But being consistent with your workouts will give you the efficiency you are looking for...
 
Since it's your first I was start with the basic directional stretching to get your dick used to being stretched before getting into the hard hitters. Use of proportional force is something they talk about with rules of engagement in the military. Using a weapon system proportional to the threat. It's suggested to approach Penis Enlargement the same way to avoid injury and gain what you can from less abrasive exercises. If you can gain with the basic stuff, do so first. When you ligs and whatnot growth tougher, you through tougher exercises at it. Recovery time finds it way into you life somehow. You will get too busy some day of your body/dick will feel fatigue and let you know that you should take a day off.
