I know a friend who got this length routine from another site and saw decent results.
I just wanted some more experienced members to rate this routine....
5 mins - warm up
5 mins - power stretch
5 mins - V stretch
5 mins - ultimate jelq
5 mins - circular stretch
5 mins - warm down
the whole thing taking 30 mins to complete, and doing it one day on and one day off.....
what do you guys think, is this incorporating all the Penis Enlargement principles to increase length?
