This thread should explain everything you need. I have a post in there on that page which shows how I hooked mine up. No gaskets, seals, or any modification needed other than popping the old check valve (?) off. It worked perfect. I bought mine from walmart but, none of the walmarts in my area carry them in store anymore. You can shop around online for "wine vac". The one I had was made from houdini.

This can work with water or air as well.

yes, i had a lot of trouble with it and ended up epoxying the wine vac into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] which i do not suggest. maybe buy a few different kinds if it is not fitting. worth the effort i suppose if u cant afford the extreme model

The link you posted shows only the stoppers.you need the vaccum too.For me it was impossible to stretch the stopper and put it on [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] so i can use it.so i bought a rubber oring for hardwarestore. and i was using it to create the seal..just the winvac ,the oring and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words].thats how i was using it

The cone looks like a good mod, but taking it all apart and then putting it all back together looks like a total PITA...a much simpler way to gain the same results would be in my tutorial on the VV mod I did to my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words], (same thing I have w/my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words], btw)
In a nutshell, you pry-off, (carefully) the original [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] valve and put the VV stopper in its place...you hold the stopper in-place w/a simple 'O' ring or washer, (it's just a compression fit) and then you can keep it put together forever, no on/off of a cone or anything, the stopper stays and you use the mini VacuVin pump to get the desired amount of pressure...to remove, you just push the nipple at the top of the stopper left or right and the pressure is released...EZPZ

I've never tried it w/out water...or in the bath, my routine is twice in the shower each day. fill it with water, pump it to 75% w/the VV mod...slowly increase to 100% and hold for 5 mins or so, release the pressure, do a few [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, refill/repump to 100% and do my expressive stretches, release do a few more [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, repump to 110% and do a bunch of Kegels and reverse Kegels for 10 mins and call it a session!
