BTC stands for Bullet Through Cranium, I'd be like DLD an do it gangsta style, but that is me. I would not go to his home but catch him in an place that he would never expect me to be at. Then I would pull my pistol and demand my money, and stll shoot him. Fuck 5 grand to me that is a lot of cash, and best believe if you fuck with my cash then I return the favor with your ass. Then BTC would stand for Bitch To Corpse.

You could try to go to court, and they could find the missing PM's from your banned account, try that and see where it goes. For real you really want to do this the right way not the wrong way Remiii.

At this point this is one of your few options. If you know where this guy lives just go settle it in this way. Its clear you most likely will never get your money through civil means. I don't even know if court is worth it at this point.
 
I'd try the small claims thing. Sounds like if you have proof you paid him you can nail his ass to the wall. With this economy going the way it is I'm sure you will not be his last victim if nothing is done about it.

No doubt. He is really a stand up guy. He came to my house before and he is a very good guy, I can't believe someone would fuck him like this. Well, what goes around really goes around. I would never steal from someone, the karma that would be returned would never be worth it.

It might not be a good idea to broadcast threats on a public forum, Remii. I hope you get this whole ordeal settled though.

There are a lot of guys who feel cheated because they never received their orders and they never got refunded.
 
Perhaps he meant something less threatening. Words can be tricky but a message is made non the less.
 
Since he was running the company you could probably force him to give you access to his hard drive in the Request for Documents stage during pre-trial. If he has formatted his shit and dban'd it or used some other data destruction software then you may be able to get a default judgement in your favor, as legally (due to this post) he now has a reasonable suspicion that a lawsuit will be brought against him (which IS the law).

Remii I hope to God you get your money back. I'm also glad to hear that mynewsize has new owners and maybe their product and website won't turn to shit like it did with BTC. The max-vac is a great product but a great product still needs a great seller.

Yes, remii lent me 5k. There was no terms at all to the money. It was given to to me with the expectation to pay it back when I could. Not I'm going to shoot you ect. Remii is broke now and so am I. People lose in business as I have all the time. Before he posted any of this I contacted him and told him via vm I would pay him back, but I need to find a job because I let mns go to new developers to fulfill orders etc that I have been medically and financially unable to fulfil. He pressing down for money at a really difficult time.

I have sent free equipment and refunded any money he spent on my products over the years. So you need to subtract a few hundred from my end. I am not denying that he lent me money, but his posting that I am not making attempts to pay him back is a complete lie.

He is the one that lent it to me under the agreement that I would pay him back when I could. P.S. I didn't ban you, the new owner did because you contribute nothing to Penis Enlargement, and talk negative about DLD and Penis Enlargement in general when it's convenient to you.

I think you should contact him directly instead of airing your dirty laundry here. you are full of drama based on the complaints ive read here about you. you may of had a decent product buy you are a poor business man. with that being said have a nice day.

And remember , That $5,000 would have been earning interest in my CD or money market account , But whatever IM a kind hearted guy , and i appreciate the phone call. MONTHlY payments is great
