Which sucks by the way ..... After telling him im going to start posting about getting ripped off he banned me from >>> www.mynewsize.com

He sold the forum and buisness to some one, (dont know who?)

yea dude this was over 2 years ago..... As far as proof all the private message's probably got deleted cause he banned me ..... are you trying to say im making up this story? you gota be kidding me
 
Why would you give him 5K? Was there a return? A Contract? Anything?

no . im not saying your making this story up at all. i had a confrontation with him because all the complaints about him from posters on this board making alot of posts about his shady business practises. he prolly used your 5 k for the surgery he had.

Here you go agin with the drama, why the hell would you give a dude you met on the net 5k? Where the hell are your street smarts? If you know anything about BTC he is a hustler, but most important of all get a contract if your going to drop 5k on anything.....man you gotta be smarter than that.
 
Guys i know i fucked up , just ask DLD what a generous guy i am , dld can vouch for me :) ....... Well btc was nice enuff to meet me in person , and he showed me how to wear the max vac .

so another check went out to him for $2 grand ,,,,,,,,, Im upset because there is no contract , but i told him for the past year , pay me 100 dollars a month , and ill be happy ....... he keeps saying he's broke ...... Im like you cant swing me 50 a month
? he says no ......... im bullshit , its over 2 years now . plus he banned me from his forum , and i did not save all the pm's between me and him!

Well who knows . He had so many surgerys , no wonder he has a black hole in his dick . I know he ripped off alot of people and his forum should be shit down ...... but he has modertaors that delete everything the second new threads go up;)
 
DLD remebers my face now LOL . I will always be greatfull that i met DLD, truly a one of a kind human being , and no im not kissing ass ...... BTC is really cool also , but untill he pays me back we will be enemy's!

You are a very generous, sweet guy but not everyone you meet on the net will be trustworthy. Keep you money in your pocket and stick around [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. You will find men here that are very generous too and who will want to help you for you. You are a great guy and I would love to see you happy and not being taken advantage of.

What can i say , he took advantage of me , I dont think he was ever going to pay me back .... Its not the money , but the thought of someone laughing at you while there counting 5 grand;)
 
Take him to court, you can get bank records to show that you gave him the checks and no judge will believe him if he tries to claim it was just a gift. The judge will most likely rule in your favor and if he still refuses to give you the money the judge will order the money taken directly from his pay check. Good luck getting it back.
 
Most likely you'll have to go with Small Claims Court. Very few attorneys can be found to fool with something this small. This means you'd have to travel to his area since you have no contract which states a jurisdiction. There is the possibility a judge would not award you, however it's more likely they would.

Unless he lives in some 3rd-world county, you can file everything on-line and even have him served without leaving your office chair. But you will have to appear on the court date. Neither of you can bring lawyers. Print out any emails or other documents as judges prefer to read correspondence rather than try to figure out who's lying. Of course bring a copy of the canceled check too.

Even if you win, he can appeal which would have you coming back within about 6 weeks. If you win again you can file a judgement. At this point you can begin the process of garnishing wages or belongings.

If someone owed me this kind of paper and I knew where they live I would pay them a gangster visit and get my cash plus interest. If he has no money take something of equal value. Sometimes getting things done this way is the only way. If it were me I would not only get my money, the perpetrator would never pull this shit again. A plane ticket is much cheaper than a lawyer and if you got some good people to go for the ride hit them off with a couple bucks to make sure you get your paper. This is probably my Italian background but it is what it is.
