Brand new Lig stretch method, will blow your mind

Okay i will tell you how i thought of this method, cos that is important for the understanding of this technique. Dld blasters work on a technique called the A stretch ie when we wrap the penis in a particular configuration around our hands etc. Well this A stretch resembles a jujitsu hand position called the figure 4, or kimura.
So i developed and tested a method from jujistu called the armbar, and see if it works in Penis Enlargement and let me tell you it works great!

Lay on your back, grab the peni in both hands as if you were going to grab someones neck in a choke, im serious, grab just below the glans, and stretch straight up towards the sky, next, arch your back up, by trying to push your belly towards the sky thereby arching your back, penis and stretch still happing, those who are wrestlers will know this is the bridge position.

Now you are in this position with penis stretched, importantly keep the hands position where it is at, and only lower your back, by touching your lower back on the ground, or as much as you can to feel the amazing stretch in your ligs and penis, fantastic!!!!:)

Wow sounds intense. Does the back arching increase the stretch? I tried looking for kimura in images but could not see it, any pics?
 
wow i just tried this and i have to say bravo on your discovery.

maybe i can work these into my new routine and make my goal by this summer
 
arching the back has a similar effect of doing a lower-angle stretch. Adding a stomach vacuum (sucking in the stomach) also has this effect.
 
These body movements can really effect the stretch intensity. Good work Doc. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] has been putting out some great exercises lately, I am very proud of you guys.
