I have not experienced any head swelling either. The only thing I couod think it would be is fluid build up from the suction. How much are you extending ? Are you cut/uncut?

yes the cone fits perfectly but there where my frenulum is its swells up and also it hurt like hell everytime i have to take it off because my glans sticks to the cone after some time
