Incredibly bad lighting but EVERYTHING yes that's right everything needs work. Im not trying to bum you man i'm same place you are. I can't tell if you have a 6 pack or it lights being weird. Just spend 4-5 in gym get on good diet do good cardio you'll be a new person in 1 year

lllloooooooolllll......is this a joke?

pokey are you trying to say that I need to lose some weight? come on man I`m 1.87m and 77kg

what do you think know.....If I do extra cardio I think my heart is going to explode

At the moment you're straight up and down (like a ruler) so I would recommend that you work on you V taper for now; this should make you look wider across the shoulders and smaller around the mid section. To do this focus on building up your medial delts and your lats.

You have quite thick abdominals especially your obliques so don't go too heavy on the abs as they'll make you look chunky around the midsection.

The pics don't show your legs so I'm guessing that they might need some work. Work on your quadraceps and calves to give your legs some shape.

Do some moderate/intense cardio a couple of days a week; not to lose weight but for general fitness. Also.....try to keep your diet as clean as possible.

Have fun and enjoy the results,

Freakazoid

I think he was saying you're too damn skinny. Eat some food, man! So we can see your abs, big deal. There's no muscle to speak of. Lots of food+lots of iron (the kind you lift) will make a huge difference.

I have to be honest and agree. Lift some heavy weights and eat more.

Good work mate you have a better body and look alot healthier than alot of people out there do. i dont think these guys are saying your body isnt that great there just thinkin in a body building mindset if your just going for health and fitness (this section isnt all about body building) Your doing Great!

well.....didn`t expect all this criticism, but this is me after 10 years of soccer(i`m 18) and 2 months of gym, and I`m not skinny just healthy with quality muscles not big muscles because I need speed(I run 50m in 6.1s) but I can bench like 100kg max and have done like 110 push-ups,what about you guys?

Yes, you are. You're 6'2" and 170 lbs. That's pretty skinny.

just healthy

I'm kind of confused here. "Healthy" and "skinny" are unrelated. Or do you think that a person can't be healthy and have big muscles?

with quality muscles not big muscles

"Quality muscles?" What does that even mean? So big muscles can't be "quality?" You don't have muscles. You are skinny. When I can see your bones, and your posture is as poor as it is (and probably due to lack of muscle mass and strength), you're TOO SKINNY.

because I need speed(I run 50m in 6.1s)

Um...what does this have to do with muscle size? You think big guys can't be fast too? Have you ever watched a football game (the American kind)? Have you ever taken a look at Michael Johnson or Justin Gatlin? They both have a hell of a lot more muscle mass than you, and it doesn't seem to be slowing them down any.

but I can bench like 100kg max and have done like 110 push-ups,what about you guys?

You asked for a critique of your body. These numbers have nothing to do with that. But since you're going there, my max bench is probably around 250 or a little more. I can squat and deadlift nearly 400, and clean and jerk at least 175 (never maxed). I can military press at least 175 (been a while since I maxed). I don't really do push-ups. Are those the only two things you do in the gym? That could help to explain your poor posture too.

So sorry if you didn't expect to get ripped on so much, but when you post a pic of your skinny body and then tell us you're not skinny, but "healthy," you're just asking for it. You'd look a hell of a lot better, not to mention you'd enhance your athletic ability, if you started training right and added some muscle.

Cyclops, i don't understand why you're bashing Dragan... he just asked for critques. It's tough enough for people to post pics, we should all be more supportive. Yea, he's on the thin side but he has very low bodyfat. I'll wager that he looks better than alot of people on this board. From the pics i've seen of other people, i know that he's definitely leaner than most. I say he has a very good base to work from and with a sound diet and some hard work he can build himself a great body. Since he's a soccer player his goals probably aren't the same as yours or mine. He's young and he has to start someplace... telling him he's thin is one thing, it doesn't have to be slammed in his face.

Maybe I was too harsh, but his whole attitude in posting the pics was like he was wanting a pat on the back. He just puts up a pic and says "what do you think?" Then when people say he's skinny, he says "Is this a joke?" And "I'm not skinny, I'm healthy." And "I have quality muscles, not big muscles." WTF? If you ask for a critique and don't give any details, and you have an attitude about it, expect to get slammed. He can take it for what it's worth, or he can tell us to fuck off, but he got what he asked for.

i gotta say i agree wit 9c9, Dragan bro since you are in good shape from soccer and are um "not very heavy" (to be pc) you should bulk. Please don't do anymore pushups especially if you can do "110". I can almost guarantee your legs are pretty strong, but you have to still include deadlifts and squats these are staples. my suggestion is lift Monday Wednesday Friday on those days do the big 3. which are squat, bench, deadlift. And then i would throw in Shoulder press (not jerks or military presses yet, to advanced), tricep extensions or tricepushdowns or tricepbench (this is the best choice) and then do barbell curls. for the big 3 i would stick to a 5 set 5 rep forumla. and for the tris, shoulder, and bis i would do a 3 set 5-8 rep type of formula (no higher then 8). And of course ab work, in your case (and mine too, so dont be offended) focusing on the obliques and lower abs. then throw in HIIT (which i am becoming an advocate of after only 1 time doing it) for conditiong or sprints. and increases your cals get alot of tuna, egg whites, lean meates, beans, broccoli, etc. hope that helps. Please do not take it the wrong way, this is how i would want to be critiqued so i would know what i need to work on. take care

Damn cyclops. Just be an ass. Maybe he was looking for a critique, but not someone to slam him and compare him to a professional runner.

I'd say your in good shape dragan and don't mind the negativity. Not everyone is like this around here.

Maybe so. But he had the attitude that he thought he had the body of a Greek god. That doesn't fly with me. He was fishing for compliments, but I didn't see a whole lot to compliment him about. His abs show. That's about it.

He still has the option of telling me to fuck off, or he can learn from my somewhat harsh criticism, and maybe learn a thing or two and develop his body and his athletic ability a lot more (hint: bench presses and push-ups are great, but they won't benefit a soccer player very much).

Yeah I definitely think he's just here fishing for compliments, but the criticisms are still undeserved. You have a great body, dragan. Your midsection looks like it's genetically a bit thick, even though you have very little bodyfat. The best you can do it widen out your shoulders and lats while you keep your bf% low, to give you that desired V-taper.

Yeah, this thread is really nasty. Some of you are being a bunch of jerks to this nice kid! It's such a load of hogwash to insinuate that he is not fit - it does NOT necessarily mean having bulging muscles like a olympic sprinter. Give me a break.Dragan DOES have a healthy body. He's using metric measurements, so I'm going to guess that he's from Europe somewhere (he looks like a European, I guess). Being "healthy" means retaining/maintaining your cardiovascular health, flexibility, explosiveness, lateral (and other) mobility - which he has plenty of. Using math, he does the 100 meter(yard) dash in about 11-12 seconds. That's about 2 seconds off from Olympic-level conditioning. He can do 100 push ups in one set. So he is CLEARLY "healthy". Healthy does not mean RONNIE COLEMAN OR LEE PRIEST, YOU MEATHEADS.

I would agree though that dragan has a decent body in terms of muscularity, However, it's nothing outstanding nor pathetic, as some of you seem to indicate. But my main point was that it's really rude and preposterous to rail on his body just because he doesn't have 300 pounds of muscles coming out of his ass. That's ridiculous. Also realize that there are different aesthetics of male beauty around the world. The Euros, Asians, Africans, Aussies, etc. (and anything outside of North America basically) prefer a slightly more streamlined look that suggest flexibility and elegance, and not the uber-mesomorphic aesthetic that American men worship. I've lived in several places around the world, so I speak from personal experience. At 6 feet and around 10% body fat, a man who is about 165-175 pounds is considered ideal pretty much all around the world. In America, the aesthetic values are skewed so that the 'ideal' male at 6'0" would weigh about 185-200. Is it any wonder that American men suffer so much from male body dymorphism? Also, don't forget that us American are THE fattest people in the world, and because of the numbers we stare at all day (200, 220, 230, 250 pounds), our perception of what a 'healthy weight' is is skewed. Most guys on this forum would be happy to weigh 180 at 5'10" for example, and think that's 'lean'. Outside of the US, you'd still be considered a lard-ass at that weight.

To back back to my point:

1) Let's stop being a bunch of pricks.
2) Let's understand that we can't impose our cultural standards on others. That's just stupid.

Dragon, for playing soccer for 10 years, you're in pretty good shape. That being said, if you are still continuing to play soccer, don't listen to these people who are telling you to bulk up, I'm not sure whether they are on some sort of mind trip where they think everyone needs to be a certain way or maybe they just have never played soccer before and wouldn't understand. Anywho, you're looking good, if you're going for endurance and [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words], stick with your cardio and do some sprints (which im sure you do already) to build up some more strength in the legs. Your midsection looks good and it is the bodypart that women are most attracted to, then down the list is biceps at second. Keep up the good work, listen to the post above (Blu) because he seems to be more of a "rounded" individual unlike the others criticizing.

You look like a twink. Are you planning on starring in fag twink films? If so keep doing what you are doing....just kdding.

I think the guy was fishing. At the end of the day, I don't care. If I looked like him, I would bulk up...like 20 lbs of pure, mean, gangland muscle. Muscle that robs banks while you sleep. Muscle that hangs drywall while you are at the water cooler. Muscle that pimps more bitches on the side than PootyTang. Muscle that impregantes women from 50 feet away.

I think you get picture. Soccer ball don't impregante women.

now THAT was some funny shit

Alright, sorry to derail this guys post, needs better lighting for a better assessment. I'm too embarassed to do my own post, so here goes. I'd like a critique. I know nothing about body building. I do endless pushups and situps and cardio and tibetan 5 rites which is a weird yoga exercize, but more than just whacky stretching.

Like I said, I can do 200 pushups in a row and situps till I puke, but I'm not progressing really. So I started with a dumbell, which is all I have. Going to a gym is not an option. Can I get bigger arms with the dumbells alone. I could care less about my legs. They are fine, I can pedal my mountain bike on 8 hour epics, it's my upper body.

Now I initially put up this pic as I was impressed by DLD's progress and wanted to toot my own horn about going from 220 to 170 in short time as well. Mostly from doing lots of drugs, moving into a house and not eating enought is why I lost the weight, but I did still work out while I was an doing mass ammounts of perks, vics, whatnot. I still have a pill problem, but I limit it to Saturday and sunday nights. I take like 2 a week. I don't drink so I need something. But that's another story. I need to bulk up. I eat like a horse but all the wrong crap.

What I do currently is my 200 pushups and 300-400 situps every other day, 5 rites daily, cardio on a gazelle thing 3x a week 45 minutes and dumbells 3x a week, I do 40 each arm of 40 lbs.

What else can I do with dumbells alone that will get my upper region more defined? Any help is appreciated.

Kevin

forgot to post the damn pic, this is from 3 months ago. I'm a bit bigger in the chest area and have more of a v shape, but I want popeye forearms and biceps
