great job on the video.

question: are you saying to hook that ligament with the finger while doing the stretch in that position? or was that just to demonstrate where the lig is?
 
kyomoto!! great job with the video bother, very explanatory and great visual of what needs to be done. Are you going to be more active nowadays?

It's for both purposes. So you can find it and hook into it. Stretch the penis straight out, hook into it and slowly move the penis to the side you're doing the exercise in order to get the ligament to fold over your finger tip.

Because if you start with the penis to the side and try to hook into it will just be difficult.

So thanks OP for posting this. Hopefully this gets me to my final goal.

But I'm still not Exactly sure Im hooking my ligament. This is a copy and paste from blue whale in the other thread.

"hook your ligament which is located on the right side of your pubic bone and hook it.You hook your ligament with an index finger like you were trying to actualy brake your ligament."

On my right side of my pubic bone I do indeed feel something that feels like a hard cord that I can hook on and runs down the right side, not top of my penis to what looks like the head . I believe I can feel this the whole length of my penis. I can only feel that this on my right side and nothing like this at all on my left. I also happen to have a right curve and twisted to the right penis. Is this the ligament? I don't want to tug on something I shouldnt be, but always thought there was two ligaments, and If I had this on the right surely I should on the left. Oddly though now I think when I do get lig pops it's only on my right.

No only one but we refer to it as ligaments, common old school error. The ligament does not run down you leg, it ends at the pubic bone. Try this, from your pubic bone grasp the ligament and trace it to the penis from there, this will be an accurate way to know this is the ligament. Here is a picture to help:

Thank you for the reply. Maybe I need to be more clear.

What I feel it is at the pubic bone.But instead of directly in the middle like pictured, it more on the right but still close to the middle . It runs from deep from my pubic bone stomach, down the right side of my penis to the glans and can see and feel it the whole length through my penis. I don't feel or anything like this in the middle or left. It is the only thing I am able to hook, hook very easily. I wonder if this is the ligament or possibly the steel cord /septum that xxxi posted about that I've seen mentioned before.

This was from the what's his size thread. See how he has the protrusion on the side of his penis and not center but looks like it is running the length of his penis . Is that the ligament?

Anybody putting in the work with this stretch? I think in doing it right, if the lig is the only thing i should be able to hook on to. I can hook it and stretch it without needing to raise my leg and make it complicated. It seems like it should be the holy grail of ligament gains.

Many people are using it and it is a really good ligament stretch. The best possible ligament stretch is a high legged BTC stretch, this puts the ligament into submission.
