Nice starting starting stats man. We are pretty close to the same measurements and I've been struggling my ass off to get there. Good luck to you and I hope the gains come fast.
Current Routine- Starting date: Sep. 01/ 2004
5-6 times a week.
3 sets of each:
30 sec - straight out stretch
30 sec - straight down stretch
30 sec - straight up stretch
25 cranks
30 sec - A stretch forward
30 sec - A stretch back

I'm trying to keep the same level of intensity on Penis Enlargement as I do my gym workout... no intensity = no gains.

Great angles of stretch! This will be a very solid length routine and it will help you find your preference for angles. Intensity is key so I am happy to see you rocking that line of thought. My only advice would be to step up your jelqing in a few weeks to maybe 5 or 600.
