when ever i hang my hanger slips off. its not the hanger thats the problem its my penis head. it like shrinks under pressure, gets smaller and the hanger slips off. what do i do? this problem makes useless. hanging well i can only hang for a few mins max b4 it happens so ya its making me mad. lil help
 
I'm having the same problem. No matter what I can't get the hanger to grip the internal structure. if I tighten the hanger a lot it just hurts the nerves a TON when it slips down. I just ordered some therabands to get a better wrap, but I don't think it'll help much.

The theraband will help a lot, ask at Bibs forum he will help solve your problem, if you leave the wrap on for a couple of minutes before you put the hanger on, it will swell the head some, making it easier to form a plug, all tho you need to watch out for to much pressure in the head, also leaving the penis wrapped in between sets will help and make it easier to hang.
 
Pandora is correct. I had the same issue as the both of you and still on rare occasion do. BIB has lots of knowledge when it comes to his masterpiece of a hanger. Pandora is a good resource as well and you would be wise to invest in theraband and visit a fabric store for your wrapping underneath it. Youll want a rawor thin sweatpant type of material for underneath your theraband wrap.

Jeeze I have been hanging with this thing for years and I think I have only just learnt how to use it properly hahaha, I would take my advise very lightly and go and speak to Bib :)
 
All the same your tip to me with the theraband did wonders for the amount of slip i was having originally. Im still trying to figure out the best ways to use mine and find my sweet spot in it. I find it sporatically and when i do the stretch is just amazing to say the least.

:)Well your Resistance Training tips have been helping me loads lol I still love the Crane lol.
 
Increase the amount of wrap that way your wrapped flaccid girth is more. Attach the hanger at a higher point, you could be positioning the hanger too close to the head. The head shouldnt really shrink under pressure you could be sqeezing out too much blood from the head.

lemme guess, you using the hardcore starter? You don;t have to tighten so hard until its painful, I mean when you tighten it should hurt but just a BIT.
 
I finally started getting the idea of this. You really have to seat yourself as low as possible in the hanger or you'll pinch the dorsal nerve and won't be able to tighten enough.
 
i got the hang of it not slipping off now, i just had to keep tighting like u guys said, thanks. but then my penis head had too much pressure to that i couldnt bear it, i did however forget to push the blood out of it so i guess next time i'll try and get it right. one step at a time i guess
 
It is almost an art form. I still havent got it down but keep learning and experimenting and you will find a good system that works for you.
 
fuck mam. i just tried it again today by squeezing the blood out of the head but it still hurts. the blood just comes back and when i tighten the hanger more it squeezes my dick so much that its painfull. but if i dont tighten it, it will slip off. these two problems the pressure pain on the head and the pain in the shaft i dont know what to do about at all.
 
Experiment with your wrapping, you may be using too much or too little, also make sure you are evenly distributing the wrap so the hanger will grip evenly on all parts of your shaft. I also started out with the hardcore hanger, it takes some time to get used to and lean how to get a good grip with it. Keep experimenting it will happen.
