I sleep on my side and lately have been trying two new things. I've been falling asleep to Penis Enlargement hypnosis and subliminals on my Ipod. But I've been experimenting with something latley that I think has potential. While on my side, I gently pull my cock and balls between my legs and close my legs, making sure my balls are under little or no pressure. Then I slowly move my legs downward. I can get an incredible stretch in the ligs by flexing different muscles in my abs and legs. I hold the stretch as long as I can, typically about 10 minutes, then relax and fall asleep to hypnosis. It's not tight enough to cut off circulation or anything, and I know I get erections at night because I usually wake up in different positions. By while I'm in that position, I'm getting a long, slow stretch. I've always thought the point where my penis joins my pubis bone was high, limiting my flaccid hang, and I this seems to be having an effect on my hang, both my cock and balls. BTW, I sleep nude so no clothing to get in my way.

Not sure if it's the BTL(between the legs) stretch, the hypnosis/subliminals, or visualivation, or whatever, but I am really seeing some changes, flaccid and erect. I'm not big on measuring all the time, as I fluctuate slightly, but I know the feeling when something is happening as it is now, with girth and length.

Couple of questions on this Woodie, first do I understand that you fall asleep with your unit still between your legs?? I have tried this for a while as well and wonder do you run your penis right up the crack of your ass or down?? I know when I did this I sometimes would sleep like a rock and wake up with it still between my legs and have morning wood, the first couple of times it scared the shit out of me when I woke but realized what I did the night before. AlbertaBeef, my twig and berrys are as far back, or on the back side of my legs as possible. It's not so much "up the crack of my ass" per se, but when you stretch your legs down, it does tend to ride up a bit. They stick out pretty far, so I don't really think of it as sleeping "on" them, more sleeping with them sticking out the back. The pinch, if that's what you want to call it, is closer to my base than my shaft. During my sleep, I will sometimes get into more of a fetal position, so it's not so much of an extreme angle.

I'm sure this is not for everyone and will be painful for some. But my wife calls me "bull balls" so they hang lower than my flaccid and are long enough to not be too effected by this stretch. I focus the stretch on my ligs, and when done right with practice, I sure as hell can feel it.
