Hi everyone !

I'm a total noob when it comes to Penis Enlargement, but as a competitive powerlifter, I'm familiar with the " noob gain " concept so here is my question.

In other word is there a specific program to optimize those noobs gains as there is for bodybuilding/strength training when you are a young man and your body still isn't used to the kind of training stress you are going to put him into???

I'm like 5.8-5.9 NBPenis EnlargementL and already 6' EG so i'm going for length, obviously.

Nice starting size man, specially girth!!!! There is no way to tell if you will be a quick gainer or not. Just go full out and hope you are. The norm from what I've read is that progress certianly Slows. I don't think there is like a golden window for newb gains, as everyone is different. Probably the first 4-6 months of Penis Enlargement will be fastest gains but not sure.

You are right to create an analogy of gains between Penis Enlargement and Powerlifting. You sound like a seasoned lifter, so when you began to powerlift, you experienced incredible hypertrophy of your muscles and more strength at the time time. As time goes on, your body becomes more resistant to it, and you hit a plateau, which you and I know is no fucking fun. at all.

And how do you break a plateau? you change it up. Instead of bench pressing and dumbbell bench pressing, you would try them on an incline. You would do dumbbell flies, cable flies, anything else to hit your chest at a different angle.

Same thing happens in Penis Enlargement. First, search for the "newbie routine" and follow that. Since you're beginning Penis Enlargement, don't even think about plateauing because it does not happen quickly, thankfully. Your EG is well above average and is my goal, so good job on that. Your first gains will be "pseudo-gains" in that you actually increase your EQ(erection quality) and surpass its ability to hold more blood. Jelqing and good warming up will do so.

Your post is very instructionnal (?) . I have already read several threads but before going I just wanted to be sure and ask more specific advises from several seasonned Penis Enlargement veterans !

I don't want to rush anyway I know Penis Enlargement is kindof a marathon and I also know there is an english saying " haste make waste " .
I ve been practicing martial arts for 19 years and lift since 1998 ( i'm actually 31) I just want to be sure to optimize my noob gains !
