I'm a total noob when it comes to Penis Enlargement, but as a competitive powerlifter, I'm familiar with the " noob gain " concept so here is my question.

In other word is there a specific program to optimize those noobs gains as there is for bodybuilding/strength training when you are a young man and your body still isn't used to the kind of training stress you are going to put him into???
I'm like 5.8-5.9 NBPenis EnlargementL and already 6' EG so i'm going for length, obviously.
What is, on your opinion, fellow [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] brothers, the routine that will give me "the best bang for my bucks" in the beginning of my Penis Enlargement journey ??
