I've increased the intensity of my sessions. For length, I do sets which target the tunica. The twisting one(I don't remember the name) one in each direction, the tow, and the a stretch. I do 6 sets of these. Those are the ones that I use to increase length. The other exercizes I do probably increase length, but only secondary to girth.
I don't know if these are too much, but I am finding that its working.
