best device for a newby

I'd like to buy a device to increase length and width to combine with stretching exercises
but I'm a newby and I'm not sure what is safe and effective enough?

Personally I love the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but it is more for girth, there is also the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] which is also very nice.
For length [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words] would be what I would go with or penis pro
 
Bathmate would do the job, great device. But if you have some more cash to spend, buy [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and some oil/lube for jelqs (baby oil, olive oil, silicone based lube work the best)
