Another thing. If it doesn't ship straight from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], then you can't be 100% sure.
It will say from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], but in the "other sellers" list, they might be the ones selling generics.

So you probably want to take a picture of the box showing who shipped it and deal w/ amazon to see if they can stand by it.
Would also help to have screenshots from the original manufacturers saying that it's not a legit product.

From the sounds of it. They don't ship to germany?

i live in germany the only way to get it here was to buy it from amazon

I find that hard to believe, but I have heard of places where shipping was too high to the point where the user bought it @ counterfeit due to that purpose alone.


Also the amazon page seems to be legit, but it seems to be more of a wholesaler as it's not just [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] products they offer, but a wide array of things.

Seems it was bought through amazon from what looks to be a wholesaler of fake products or it was bought from the "other sellers" list. Have to watch out for the "other sellers" list as it's not a fulfillment from amazon and they probably don't stand behind those purchases if it turns out that the product(s) are fake.

well it says its the original product at amazon and it wasn't cheap. the top just popped up and i can't get the spring in. what would it cost to have a new one get shipped to germany?

well the seller is amazon actually so not a third seller. i don't have any warranty left on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] so amazon won't replace it. its an original since amazon sells them directly.

Yes the pump is one of ours. Batch date was 2012, so it is an old stock pump.
Glad to hear the seller has issued a replacement pump for you.
