Will grabbing behind the balls and jelqing up be the same as jelqing the scrotum directly? Cause mine doesn't stretch enough to do it like supra's method.

Hi, 900lbdick!
I'm guessing it wouldn't be the sabe, mas one of the advantages of ball jelqing is getting the blood flowing into your scrotum and balls area. If you just grab behind your balls and jelq your penis (if I understood you correctly, you would be stretching your scrotum and jelqind your penis in opposite directions), you won't get the blood flowing as much into your ball sack.
Now, although that could promote lower hanging balls, due to stretching the skin of the scrotum, it would not contribute for the enlargement of the testicles per se. One of the principles behind testicle enlargement is the irrigation of that area with blood, pretty much like what happens while jelqing your penis.

I read somewhere here in the forum (I can't recall if it was Supra who wrote it) that you try the following method:
- grab your balls and penis with the standard OK grip, as close as possible to the base of the penis/balls. Then (using lube) jelq your penis and balls at the same time and in the same direction.

I prefer to use the method I just described, and usually do 100 jelqs downward, 100 jelqs upward, etc., etc. It's much more comfortable and easier for me to do than trying to jelq my penis and balls in opposite directions.

I see no reason why you want to jelq your balls. When doing jelq, grab as much inner penis as possible with each stroke.
