I have been doing Penis Enlargement for 6 or 7 months and have made some nice progress but I now have baggy skin near the penis head which I dont really like the look of that much.Has anybody also had this happen?

Loose skin or skin stretch is something that happens to most men when they first start training and it is a process of getting ready to handle more size. Keep with your workouts and be sure to get great girth routines in, filling that skin is what you will want to do. It will all even out as you process.
