I'm thinking of starting up again. Problem is I've tried to start several times over the last several years, always with the same problem. I get really good stretches, but no matter how many different grip variants I try, I get massive capillary ruptures on the end of the glans.

This takes about a week or more to heal, and I'm not going forward with Penis Enlargement while I'm in that condition. Happens about 70 percent of the time. Talking a black ring around the urethra, very bad bruising. I've tried moving the grip forwards or backwards, tried compressing the glans while I grip, or not compressing. I've tried warming up in shower and with heating pad. It always heals (and is of course sore for over a week) but never can get past it. I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem. Is it my grip? Is it just something I can eventually get through if I don't give up?
 
Yeah I always get this as well, I'm one of those who has to put maximum all out intensity to feel any stretch at all. I usually just warm down after the session as well to help any bruising etc on the head. By the next day my penis was always back to normal and ready to go again (except for at the moment as I've got an injury after returning to Penis Enlargement after a de-conditioning break : (
 
If you've got a problem with bruising, one thing I always recommend is increasing your VitaminC intake. Take a look at your diet/supplement regimen and maybe you're a little C deficient. It's vital for collagen formation and capillary strengthening.

There's a few other threads referencing some damn good studies, do a search and you'll find 'em.
I'm assuming that your stretch is pretty basic, just a straight line from your grip point to the root of your penis; have you ever tried any of the fulcrum type stretches?
They also stretch from the root out but shift a fair amount of the force applied over a much larger area of the shaft of your penis.

Sorry, for the late response. I'm supplementing vitamin C now, I'll see what affect it has. I'll try some fulcrum stretches, I've been sticking with the basics. My fear was causing more damage with the fulcrums as I thought they may be more intense. I'll give them a careful try and see what the results are.

I've also gained a little "bump" on my head, thought it'll go away, only see it a little and when Penis Enlargement'ing alot more...
