hi all.
Im back after 5 months of decon, and i was going to ask, is it enough with 15 mins of manual stretching a day, i have a real busy schedule. Im going to run 6 days on 1 off. In addition, i jelq whenever i have time. I hope to see gains this year. Hope some of you guys have any input. Thanks.
 
sounds a bit low to me and im into manual stretching myself

the resoning behind this is that people who hang stretch virtually for hours and hanging has proven to dramatically increase lengh. therefore more time = beter gains.

in order to get a workout even close to that manually you would have to stretch longer than 15 minute. I typically spend at least 30 minutes stretching once, and then, if i have time, small 10-15 minute sessions throughout the day.

Lengthwise my current theory is the more the better. I recommend one of the simplest yet most effective length exercises that you could do while sitting down and doing other stuff: the classic lazy ass stretch. Esecially BTC and moving your hips closer and closer to the end of the chair to intensify the tension.
Also add some DLD piss pulls throughout the day whenever you are at the bathroom. It´s good for progressive length work.
