Back after a forced Decon

Now that I have healed up I am ready to go at Penis Enlargement again after a nice 4 week hiatus. A glorious bastard of an ingrown hair in my shaft took me down and i found out the right and wrong way to work at removing it. that is a different thread i am going to write over in the boo boo section.

A few things i have found right after decon:

1. Using a slow controlled, mildly forceful stretch produces alot of PC muscle activity. By going at it slow you can counteract your PC muscle by working with it and not against it. The moment my PC auto-tightened i loosened the stretch and then did a 10 count and then slowly started back outward. This allowed the bodies natural reflex to stop and my stretch to continue. I was able to get a good solid stretch that i felt all the way through my penis with 50% of my original force i was using prior.

2. Fatigue afterward was great as well as the showing of temporary gains. The ability to go past my FSL stayed at a greater duration than it was previously. I think this was due to the fact that the damage was much more controlled and not as brutal with the lesser force which in turn caused the time it actually took to retract to be extended. The fact that i was also able to maintain the stretches for much longer time durations are also to be considered in this as well.

3. Changing scenery helps in Penis Enlargement. Get outta the current setting. Granted we all(including myself) have our own private Penis Enlargement sanctuaries. That is all well and good for 90% of the time, but switch it up a bit if you can do it, it is a big mental release and a good refresher in my opinion.

4. The rubberband effect was not happening. We all have had it, you get done with a bastard stretch and the moment you let go your penis goes sailing backwards from being pissed off at how much force you exerted on it. From point 2 above the most that happened was .25 of an inch back at best, and i know i can reduce that to next to nothing with the slow method and the duration if i keep at it.

All in all the decon was more of a good thing in that it once again got me to step back and take a look at my routine and techniques. I could then determine what was working and what wasn't, and at that point make a better decision on how to proceed forward.

This is true, a de-reconditioning:) break proves that you are in the right frame of mind and in this for the ultimate goals you have set. It is a maturity thing when you can put it away for awhile with the full intension to start again. We all need breaks to reflect on what is really happening. I see you making great gains!
 
Great words--you made the most of your forced decon. That slow method surely is the way to go as far as I'm concerned. German Stallion put me on that track and it continues to result in gains for me. I'm actually surprised each time I break through a plateau! You've voiced beautifully how you can "sneak up" on your retracting dick and "psych it out."

Just had a 3 week decon out of laziness myself.

Unfortunately, met this 10 and was upset I couldn't unleash the previous size beast on her. (beast for me at least lol)

Careful with too many decons :(

Be careful you are bound to put an eye out with that dick of yours. Then your depth perception would be all jacked.

The last 2 days i have been combining the reverse blaster mod by blue whale and normal manuals. The force increased with the reverse mod but the focus of the stretch was all felt way down at the bulb when i did them instead of the shaft(good thing). After i wore out on that grip right afterwards with the opposite hand i go straight out with the slow 50% method. I got some great soreness using this combination thus far and finishing the PM session with a 10 or 15 minute clamp.

I am going to keep at this method for the next few weeks and add the PC work within the next day or so. I believe that in the past i have been over training instead of working within the fine line of perfect work for optimal growth.

I am going to gauge this using the strength and frequency of erections as during the decon they were more frequent and powerful. If i train within the line then the erection quality should stay the same possbily a tad less and should improve week by week and month by month.

Following those guidelines I will get the most out of my workouts and find my groove a bit better.
