Are there ways to lose a 'fat pad'?

This crossed my mind a few weeks ago and i did some research however i couldn't find any answers.

The 'fat pad' is the area of tissue around the penis which diminishes some of our units length and seems incredible tricky to get rid of from what i have been reading. I'm an athletic person and i work out a fair bit and i don't have much body fat however i have a fat pad that takes about 0.8 off my pole leaving me with 6.2" inches that is visible.

I don't want to spend the majority of my free time in the week doing cardio workouts, i admit i need to do more of it and will start running twice a week but i don't think that is certain to rid the size of my 'fat pad'.

Has anyone managed to decrease their 'fat pad' dramatically? I'd really like to know and i think it could be good for someone to share as i think there are many who will likely want to rid their pads.
 
Yep, if 10inch is the first one to tell you, I can promise you there is no way to lose fat in specific areas without slimming everything down with it.

Y'know though, I've been wondering about the equivalent of a "fat pad girdle".
Have you seen pics lately of Megan Fox (who hasn't, right?) and she's girdled her normal 23" waist down to 19" for some damn movie or another.

And then I started thinking about how a wetsuit will squeeze the fattest parts of your body....well, mine too...somewhat unevenly.

Hell, just take your shoes off after a long, hard day on yer feet.

Which led me to theorize about a set of compression shorts, I useta call 'em fat shorts, made out of neoprene with maybe some type of extra padding over the ol' fat pad. Wear this while ya sleep and see what might happen with eight hours, or so, of concentrated squeezing on the fat pad.

Fat will migrate over time, maybe we just need to get it going in the right direction.

Just a thought.
 
I hear what you're both saying and i will try doing something with lycra shorts but i am a 100M sprinter and i eat well, yet i still have the fat pat.

Maybe it's genetic?
 
The problem ist that you will loose fat at any other body parts first, and after that you will loose your fat pad. I also read from some guys that the had almost no body fat and an athletic body, but they didn't manage to loose the fatpad...

Try not to eat junkfood and do a lot of sport, there are not particular exercises to decrease the fatpad (or I don't know them).

Of course, our bodies are meant to store fat for survival.

Oh I'm all for flushing fat forever. At least the unnecessary fat we all seem to carry around.

And I know, from experience-believe me- that "spot reduction" doesn't work.

But I'm just wondering, with the process I've proposed, if spot manipulation might work, to reveal a little more outer penis than might otherwise be shown. And then maybe metabolize it, the displaced fat, to be gone from an area a bit more accessible to the body's fat transport system.
 
ive been dropping fat and gaining muscle.....everywhere except the fat pad that is. god dammit. i just wanna lipo this shit out and get it over with.
