Anybody know if LOT theory applies to ADS?

I was wondering if their are benefits to [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] in the direction according to the LOT theory, ex: I stretch up, now when I am done stretching I usually tie it to my leg,..... are the benefits the same as if I were to tie it up. ( I use suspenders) but it easier to tie it to my leg),..... any thoughts or anybody else thinks the same thing?

It can but will time be wasted for someone like me tying it to my leg when I only gain from tunica stretching. Once the cells are split from the tunica will the stretch heal and all I'm really doing is a light lig stretch that would do 0?
