Any Idea What Causes This?

Looks to me like its either badly bruised or you have infection. Have you been hangin weights and not used padding? I noticed the tip of the glans is discoloured aswell, so you maybe hanging or pulling very hard for lengths of time?

My advice is lay off Penis Enlargement for a week at least and let that thing heal up.

Apply hot wraps to the area regularly and if you have Leech oil than apply that to the region, sold as Hiriudin cream online ... it helps with bruises as the stuff in Leech saliva works on that stuff.

You could apply other creams to the region aswell and without a proper examination I dont know what it is.

In a way it looks like Gangrene but it cant be, unless you have cut yourself and got infected.
 
I'm not a hanger, but that sure as hell looks like bruising and bloodpooling to me. Have you tried laying off Penis Enlargement for a while to see if and/or how long it takes to heal up?
 
I use my bib starter and I've been hanging 15 pounds for as many sets as I can comfortably get in per day. I think I moved up in time too quickly though as this problem started when I went from 2 hours per day to 3 hours per day in a matter of a week or so. I thought I was conditioned enough to kick it up an hour but I guess not. I just want a big dick as quickly as possible but I guess I am doing too much too fast.

This is extremely frustrating to me. I have seen claimed gains of 1.5"+ in as little as a year but I'm starting to get the feeling that I'm going to be one of those guys that gains an inch in 4-5 YEARS if I'm lucky. I feel great lig/tunica fatigue but the gains just aren't coming yet. Oh well, maybe searching through the forums will give me a better idea of what I need to do to gain quickly like some of these guys have.

I'm going deer hunting this week so that should give me enough time off to heal. Then I will experiment with wrapping and blood level within the penis to see what is comfortable. I have a feeling at this point that the blood pooling is due to having too much blood in the glans during the sets but I have to have some in there (maybe 20-30% erection) in order to get a good pull.

Jumping your hang time by 50% all in one shot, in retrospect, was one hell of a big leap. Glad ya recognize that. Think about it for a sec, what other workout component would you ever increase by that amount? Certainly not
weightlifting! And hanging is a damn close cousin.

Don't be in such a hurry, I know it's tough- my favorite phrase is :"Everybody wants a bigger dick, yesterday"- but you also can't train a broke dick. And if it takes a coupla years to grow a bigger dick, think of this; how big would your dick be in that timespan if you did no Penis Enlargement at all?
And how long will that bigger dick last you and stay healthy once you "grow" it properly?

It looks like hemosederin: blood which has been forced into the intra-cellular areas from broken capillaries. Most of it is reabsorbed but the iron is often left behind and causes darkening. It takes a long time to fade.

As others have said, it's largely from moving too fast with your hanging efforts. You should also consider moving the hanger farther back when moving up in weight. Your glans and frenulum area can only take so much weight: period. There's no "getting used to" high weight in such sensitive areas without a lot of time and training.
 
good advice moregains. moving the hanger back sounds like the best plan. and always remember( as i have recently realized FINALLY), if you feel stinging it is from slippage which means TIGHTEN The hanger! cheers
 
Hey man, also remember to keep your sets at no more then 20 minutes so your dick isn't starving of fresh blood. After 20 minutes of your dick being stretched and compressed by the hanger you dick needs fresh blood. To be on the safe side my hanging sets are between 15 and 18 minutes.
 
Some other ideas for you sir. Definitely take some time off first. You may want to try a different approach. Rather than so much time with moderate weights, you might try a lot less time with progressively heavier weight. Per Dash's "extreme" hanging. Learn your wrap, hanger settings(bottom nuts), and tightness first. Start back with 10-12lbs. Base the time of your set on: how things feel in your penis, is there any numbness, coldness,etc? Keep an on paper log of time of sets, things you notice or feel or change, and weight progression. Make it a goal your first month back at it to add 2lbs per week. If possible, use one pound increments. One on Monday one on Wednesday for example. Halfway through your set remove the weight and see if you can tighten your hanger another turn or two. You probably can. This is part of learning your setting. If your hanger is not tight enough you can get slipping and bruising, possibly blisters from friction and other problems. I think I saw BIB himself post a while back, you can't over tighten a hanger of his due to the design. You can under tighten. If you continue to have issues re evaluate your settings. After the first month back take a step back and evaluate the things above again. If everything looks good carry on, continuing 2lbs per week as often as possible. Stick with one set per day. Consult Dash as well if you like he's on pretty frequently.
