I use my bib starter and I've been
hanging 15 pounds for as many sets as I can comfortably get in per day. I think I moved up in time too quickly though as this problem started when I went from 2 hours per day to 3 hours per day in a matter of a week or so. I thought I was conditioned enough to kick it up an hour but I guess not. I just want a big dick as quickly as possible but I guess I am doing too much too fast.
This is extremely frustrating to me. I have seen claimed gains of 1.5"+ in as little as a year but I'm starting to get the feeling that I'm going to be one of those guys that gains an inch in 4-5 YEARS if I'm lucky. I feel great lig/tunica fatigue but the gains just aren't coming yet. Oh well, maybe searching through the forums will give me a better idea of what I need to do to gain quickly like some of these guys have.
I'm going deer hunting this week so that should give me enough time off to heal. Then I will experiment with wrapping and blood level within the penis to see what is comfortable. I have a feeling at this point that the blood pooling is due to having too much blood in the glans during the sets but I have to have some in there (maybe 20-30% erection) in order to get a good pull.
