Any good supplements for better expansion?

Don't buy dhea. It convert to more estrogen than test, at least in pill form. Aganine is worthless, citrulline is what actually does the job that people thought arganine did. I like horney goat weed

I've heard good things about horny goat weed how is that working for you? Also is the citrulline a good vasodilator? After doing a little research I now see many people agree the Arginine doesn't do a great job.

Yah arganine was a good theory that didn't pan out. Most every supplement company now puts citrulline in their products instead of arganine. It will increase your blood flow and give you that nice pumped up feeling. Productive in working out and in girth work. Horney good weed for me is the closest thing to a natural Viagra. I get much better erections when I take it. So it's good for girth work or to pop an hour or 2 before sex.

It will constantly evolve as all nutrition and supplementation does. I remember, back when I was body building, that bacon and eggs were a good but today they are big enemies. One thing you can know for sure is that is will always be changing.

Very true. The media always go back and forth between either carbs or fat being the enemy. Really the important thing is that you don't have tons of both of them. You can either eat a lot of fat and low carbon or high carb and low fat and be lean. I prefer the high fat bacon and eggs:blush:

Yeah Viagra would be good but I'm 22 and get great erections as it is and often pop a chub in public. Man I'm telling ya if I get Viagra then I would be a walking boner. I like to get viagra also and don't need it. What I do is cut them up with a pill cutter into 4 pieces. If you don't need it you will see a difference with just a quarter pill like I do. Makes it a lot cheaper also.

I wouldn't even know where to get Viagra if I wanted to. I guess they would have the same effect, I was just looking for something that would help me expand better during girth workouts. Thanks for the input

You can buy it online, a lot of us here do (myself included, but I prefer Cialis). I have no problems getting an erection (only 24) but the stuffs makes you harder, (like a brick) which means more expansion like you wanted, which leads to better gains in exercises that require you to be erect. Works better than any erection/expanison supp/cocktail I have taken so far.

Anything that gives you a stronger erection will lead to better expansion. So obviously Viagra and cialis will give you the boner of your life. If you want a natural herb there are tons of things, tribulus, horney goat weed, long jack, citrulline, zma, maca. You can buy any of these separately. Most "enlargement" or pe pills use most of these ingredients combined in their products. But most are under dosed due to having so many ingredients.
