Thanks for this opportunity. I'm currently at...flaccid 5 1/4" x 4 3/4"....erect 8 1/4" x 5"...hoping for erect 9 1/2" x 6"1/2"...all measurements are non bone pressed, looking foward to reaching my goal. does it sound reasonable? Or reachable? thanks

it doesn't sound reasonable that you want to enlarge a 8 incher
your flacid is like a good hard one of mine.... and you searched the web on how to grow because you felt insecure about your size

I guess I'm really asking...can I gain my goals at my current stats?

Easily. You are looking to make very humble gains. Now you will need to figure out how you want to approach this. Have you thought about a routine yet?

No, I haven't really thought about a routine yet. Not really sure how I need to start. But from what I have read I should start on length first right? Also from what I've read I'm starting a little above average size, so should my starting routine be the same?

I would suggest that you start with the Newbie Routine (also Phase 1 of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] Video Program) This will get you used to the basics of length and girth work. Most guys make .5"-1" gain on this program. You might want to pick up the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Matters of Size[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] or Members Site to have access to videos which make it much easier to understand.

O.K. I'll also post some beginning pics too, should I post flacid and erect pics both?

Take pictures flaccid and erect measured bone-pressed and girth measured erect, mid-shaft so you will have a good reference point in the future when you make your gains.

Honestly, just "a little" above average? rofl Come on, check out this article http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/content.php?16-Average-Penis-Size and then let me know if you maintain the same perception on your size :P

Either way, welcome to the forum and good luck on your exercises.
