So my routine is just a low grip [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] btc stretch and straight down stretch 30 sec each way 3 sets takes me about 10 min but I pull very hard. When I'm done I'm too sore for really anything else I really pull that hard. But do I need to add anything else?
