I read on one site forgot the name that as you jelq you should feel your glan the penis head and see if its hard but when I touch the glan its hard but doesn't feel hard enough to know if my jelqs are causing the hardness. I wonder how people jelq with low erections there is no way to test the hardness.
 
Never heard of this, they are saying that your head should become hard during jelqing? Maybe they mean filled with blood?

Precisely, College. What you are supposed to feel is your glans expanding. Not necessarily hard, just engorged. And that happens even with a 50% erection. :)
