So my c rings are on the way(finally). I've decided I'm going to wear one all day long, tight one after workouts. I have heard of people doing them all night, and that seems like a great idea for maximum growth in minimum time. I've also heard that you could potentially lose your penis this way, which, you might be surprised to hear, is not a wager I'm willing to float.
What's the data on this? Is it safe if it's loose enough? Or is it always dumb because I might roll onto my stomach in my sleep and screw myself over for the rest of my life?
