I kept my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at about 600 gr for the first three months to get properly conditioned before going higher. A year later and I still keep it under 900 gr. Others may be able to take more tension but that is what works for me.
I think im doing something wrong, I cant go fro more than an hour...its too painfull..when im closing an hour, I get tingeling pinching and sharp edge pains.
Then an hour is your current maximum. Allow the skin to catch up! It will adapt and you will be able to go for more time. If you don't let it adapt it will chafe and worsen until you have to quit for a few weeks or months.

I still say try some heat (rice sock, hair dryer, inferred light, etc.). I find that if I add heat after 30 - 45 minutes that the tension goes down a bit and I can crank it out a little further or leave it at the reduced tension and get some more time out of it. I am using the VacExtender Mod kit which works on a similar principal as the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], which I still haven't mastered.buzzlightyear;457929 said:
