Accelerate penis growth through our diet?

Good evening dear community,

I would be interested if it is possible to influence the process of penis growth with nutrition and various dietary supplements.

With the diet I mean a lot of fruits and vegetables and little or no animal foods. Furthermore, dietary supplements such as vitamins (C, B3, B2, B6, B1, B9, B12, D3, E, K2), trace elements (magnesium, zinc, selenium), algae (spirulina, chlorella) and mushrooms (Reishi, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane).

It would be very exciting to find out if anyone of you has some experience with it. I would look forward to some great answers.
 
You would benefit in speed of healing and recovery while also reducing the fat pad. If doing active PE during this you could make double the gains. When I lost 2" of fat pad I had the longest flaccid and non-bone pressed erect length ever.

In my opinion, the raw food diet is optimal to reduce the fat pad. Smoothies and juices are very quick and easy to make and include all the important substances that our body needs. Animal sources, as well as potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, nuts, beans and all oils, except coconut oil are therefore unnecessary.

i recommend high quality meats. grass fed pasture raised beefs from a local farm if you can. pasture raised chickens and pigs also local. diet helps with everything in life so why not PE, right? i am now taking a high quality collagen protein powder. I am suspecting this to help with healing.

I don't agree with this above.

Many that goes on "RAW diet" get problems with their teeth. They are not getting, for example enough of Vitamin B12. To eat a lot of fruits in juices are not healthy, and if you remove the fibres from the juices it's even more stupid.

To much fruit sugar (glucose) will spike your blood sugar, not good for keeping the insuline resistance low in your cells. If you need fruits you should eat them whole as they are, not mix them. The body can't process sugar in drinks properly. It's not exactly a natural way to get in energy into your body.

I believe in 20:4 diet with high protein intake (meat, eggs, maybe beans as well...) and other nutural foods like potatoes, tubers and vegetables, and with intake of healthy fats. I have a book about this. One of the people that promoted this raw food book, got real problems with his teeth.
