A few questions from ItsElectric

Alright, I'm going to start back up on a length routine, but I've noticed that with all of my others I've been hitting strictly the ligs. I was just wondering what some of yuor favorite exercises when hitting the tunica is, and do I have to pull it 100x as hard to see any gains?

For my length I always found that basic stretches were the best, I never really felt anything from the Blasters.. Probably were doing them wrong or something?

Do the double bundled stretches, but I have been using those with blasters and also when I do my girth I do clamped bends, and it really stretches the tunica, causing it to expand, I tend to end up with .25-.5 extra length from this. I love it man. I have had a growth spurt from doing length and girth on different days, it's been awesome. So try a few different things, I have found a routine I am really comfortable with and am seeing improvements after every workout.
 
Clamped bends, ''U'' stretches, stills neck breakers are GREAT imho for hitting tunicae.
All done clamped, I am gaining from these.

Take him up on that. I've been consulting with DLD one-on-one on a daily basis for 2 months now.
