- Low Shaft Grip expressive stretch 3x1min
- MAIN PART:
Basic Stretching (All 4 Directions, each 30 seconds) - 3 rounds
-LAST PART:
- Erect Stretches 5x1min
- Wrap up (cca 7 hours)
Comments: I call it session1 because I lost track of the number of sessions I did during the last couple of weeks, itwas jsut maintenance work. Now I am basically starting kind of a new cycle and I consdier this a first session.
