Progress thread 25 cm by the end of 2021!

I am making this progress log just for the sole purpose of consistency and holding myself accountable. I have a goal to have a 20 cm NBPEL by the end of 2020. Right now, I am probably 14 cm NBPEL. So it´s 2 inches of solid length gains. I know that I will get that by the end of 2020.
I am starting with Silistretcher 2 as a hanger and as a passive stretcher.
I am also very open to any feedback from all the brothers here, since that is the only thing that got me here in the first place. So any advice is highly welcomed!

7 February, 2020 (Friday) - session 1

16:00-17:00 hanging
1.set - 0,25 kg (30 minutes)
5 minutes break (massage, helicopter shakes)
2.set - 0,5 kg (30 minutes)

Afterwards -> 1 hour light-moderate Silistretcher

Comments:
I was supposed to do the 3rd set as well with increased weight, based on the reverse pyramide hanging routine. But the moment I put on the 0,5 kg, I felt very slight discomfort in my penis, kind of like a deep stretch. It hurt just a tiny little bit but I felt like if I would put the 0,75 kg next set it would actually hurt my penis. I didnt want to injure myself, so I just stopped after the second set.
When I measured my penis just for fun while being in the hanging position, it was over 17 cm from the very bottom until the top. That is bigger than my erect size. I hope this is a good sign.

By all means let’s begin the journey! And you’re right on point about having a progress thread keeping you accountable to your brothers here. This is one of the best ways to keep yourself motivated and on track to make the growth you desire

Afterwards -> 1 hour light-moderate Silistretcher

Monday, Tuesday and also today´s session felt good but my penis was tired always after taking of the silistretcher, so at the end of each session I always tried to maintain an erection for about 10 minutes.

It looks like things are going really well which makes me very happy. You will feel fatigue or being tired after a good stretching session with the SS.

Comments:
If I compare how I felt this session and the very first session, it is quite a difference. In the very first session I felt strong constant tension throughout the whole penis, mainly the very base. This session I still felt it but I kind of didnt even notice it because I was doing some work on my PC while hanging and I think my penis already got used to it little bit, so I think thats good.
 
16 February, 2020 (Sunday) - session 8

Comments:
Again I felt very comfortable with the weights. I remember the very first session, when I put on the 0,5 kg, it felt like my penis is being ripped out almost. Today it felt very comfortable, no discomfort at all.

However, couple of days ago one of the durosleeves got broken. It was on Wednesday, during the 5th sesssion. It ripped at the very bottom, maybe 1/2 inch line and it kept riping more and more. I kept it anyway because it happened right when I put the device on for the 1 hour passive stretching. But the following session I used new Durosleeve.
I would just like to know how to treat the sleeves properly so they do not break after 5 sessions. I feel the one I use now will also break soon because I usd it for 3 sessions only and it is already significantly more expanded than when it was brand new.

I had rest days on Thursday and Friday because I was away from home most of the day, came late and was very tired. Also I had a bit of stress. This may have affected my libido and that showed also during this session. I had a bit of trouble getting blood in my flaccid penis. It seemed pretty tired, even though I just had had 2 days off. I dont understand why.
Also when I was doing the post workout passive stretching, I could do it for just 15 minutes because my penis was slipping out of the vacuum device until the point where it was just the rubber cap inside of it. I dont know if this happaned because of the sleeve which is already more expanded than when I first started to use it or if its because my flaccid was really bad, meaning almost no blood in it at all, pretty deflated.

what you could do to bring incredible blood flow is go to the newbie routine and do the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch. Within two minutes you’ll have incredible blood flow.

Also I have a question. It is the end of February, so basically the end of my first month of hanging. I wish I had been more consistent, but I did hang on every day that I could. I have together 15 sessions so far (in precisely 3 weeks). Each session consisting of 2 sets. First set 0,25 kg for 30 minutes and second set 0,5 kg for 30 minutes.
Where do you think I should go now with the progression? I am not sure if to add number of sets or add up the weight, or both. Or first one and the other? What would you recommend right now at this point?
Also for the future, how would you recommend me to do the progression?
