Progress thread 25 cm by the end of 2021!

NEW MEASUREMENTS (25.9.2020)
I have measured on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. In summary, these are my new measurments:

NBP (NONE-BONE-PRESSED)
a)EL (Erect length):
-Last measurement - 14,8 cm
-New measurement - with fatpad and absolutely no pressure into it - 14-14,5 cm (slightly less than last measurement, which is weird)
- without fat pad (not pressing into pubic area, just slightly pulling the fat layer away from penis base - 15,6-16 cm
b)FSL (Flaccid stretched length):
-New Measurement - 14,6-15 cm

Comments:
All the three measurements here (fat pad, no fat pad and no fat pad stretched) are different which really makes me wonder what is my length.

BPEL (BONE-PRESSED ERECT LENGTH):
-Last measurement - 17,3-17,5 cm
-New measurement
- 17,7-18 cm (+5 mm)




Plan going forward:

Part I.
By the end of June/July -> NBPEL - 15 cm (kind of completed)
-> BPEL - 17,2 cm (COMPLETED!)
COMPLETED


Part II. (NOW)
By the end of September -> NBPEL - 16 cm (kind of completed...again...the NBPEL varies so much for me, it drives me nuts sometimes...I feel like I still have not solidified this number as much as I would like to)
-> BPEL - 18,2-18,5 cm (ALMOST completed!) ...aditional 2-5 mm required!
Comments: Actually, one day I measured 18,2 cm BPEL but then I always measured just 18 cm, so because it was not consistent I dont consider that measurement in this progress...so I reached my goal 2-7 mm short before what I wanted

NEXT->
Part III. (Last one)
By the end of December -> NBPEL - 18 cm (gain solid 2 cm in erect length)
-> BPEL - 20 cm (gain solid 2 cm in erect length)


Comments:
I have 3 months left until the end of this year and 2 cm left to go. I would like to ask anyone who has been following my progress for advice, especially advice from DLD would be highly appreciated!
What should I do to get 1 SOLID inch in the next 3 months? I am willing to do whatever stretches and routines, if it will get me there. I am able to do only manual work.
This is a very important moment for me because this is the biggest BPEL I have ever measured, only doing the Beginner routine. However, I have been doing it Monday-Friday (4 rounds , so one more than recommended) and I feel like it gave me nice gains obviously but I was kind of happy it was over because it was just too long, over an hour session, and my penis has been feeling quite fatigued lately because of that. What modifications should I do now? Or should I do something completely different?
What should I do now for the next 3 months to give me 1 solid inch in length?
 
I recommend swapping out every stretch you’re doing and making it a Lengthmaster stretch. What I mean is if you’re doing a straight out stretch instead of doing it with your hand you do it with the LM which is many times stronger than your own hands. Also the LM lets you use both hands to stretch allowing you to do rolling stretches and bundle stretches. This Tool will bring you to where you wanna be very quickly. If you already have an LM simply substitute every stretch using the LM.

I also suggest you use the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. This stretch is very powerful in length.

I also recommend doing regular erect stretches as this is what will cement your new growth.

Thank you so much for advice. I will definitely get the LM because that is what I plan to do. But now I am kind of broke and I can´t afford it for the next couple of months. Is there anything I can do just with my own hands?

I thought you already had the LM? You’re in for a huge surprise! So until you can get it continue on with the manual work. You could also add in powerassist stretching by simply using PVC pipe. These make stretching so much more profitable. Check out the power assist stretches and let me know what you think

What do you mean Im in for a huge surprise?

Also, just a quick question about the powerassist stretching. How is it done? Do I just put the PVC pipe under my penis and then stretch it over the pipe?

I feel your pain on the workouts getting unbearably long in time. The number one thing I think that will keep you growing is getting a heating pad. @DLD told me this a long time ago and I didn’t do it, after stalling for 3 months, I got one(it was like $20 at Kroger), and ever since I’ve been growing consistently again. I have even shortened my routines and trained with less frequency but use the heating pad a lot when I do.

As far as stretches for growing, and if you want to have shorter workouts you could try something like this:

-Warm Up 5-10min
-Bundled Stretch 5-10min
-Expressive Stretch 5-10min
-Mandingo Stretch 5-10min
-sock or fulcrum stretch 5-10min
-Erect Stretch 5-10min

Of course wrapping up is important.

Another thing I’ve been doing to get more work in on training days is wrapping up and then doing lazy Ass Stretches while I’m driving or sitting around working.

If you want to have shorter workouts you will need to up the intensity and add heat if you want to gain 1” by the end of the year.

So I'm guessing it is better do do a heat pad while all day stretching too? When you say heat pad, you need same heat pad used for reptiles, inverts no doubt? Thanks!??

2. You think I should completely remove the basic stretches (4 directions) from my routine and replace them with what you said? Will I not lose length when not focusing on all directions?
 
Also how long should heat pad be left on after hanging weights? Thanks!✌?

When I was messing around with hanging I would use the heat pad before during and after hanging. I’m not talking about a heat pad for animals. It’s just a basic heating pad that you can buy at a store for a human.

You just fold it around your penis. Pretty basic. After 5-10 minutes your penis will feel much more stretchy and malleable.

Questions #1:
Up above, I attached an image of a heating pad similar to the one I got. I don’t use it all day just when I’m doing my workouts.

I use it is as a warm up, and I will use it while I’m stretching too(draped over the penis or sometimes wrapped around it while I do fulcrum stretches or something), I’ll take little breaks in the middle of my routine to warm back up. It’s definitely worth it. It makes such a big difference because the collagen fibers that we are trying to stretch deform much easier when they are warmed up. If you want to go into all the science behind the values of heat for stretching @longstretch pinned thread has tons of info about the benefits of heat for PE (he recommends using an ultraround machine which is crazy expensive).

I think if you got the heating pad and used it with the routine you are currently doing it would probably spark growth. You are right, my routine was lacking in that it didn’t get all the angles. You would want to make sure you hit those on a somewhat regular basis. DLD has told me that even one set in each of those other directions will be enough

I always put it near my crotch, below my penis to get the warm air and sometimes I let it turned on during entire session. You think this can have the same effect as the heating pad or is a direct contact like the heating pad more efficient?

Also what do you think about the mandingo stretch. It looks extremely intense but I heard it is guaranteed to give gains. How many sets and reps/time do you recommend?

When I click on it, it shows the Powerassist traction stretcher device on the MOS shop. But there are no exercises.

The heater is better than nothing. I’ve used a space heater in the past as well. The heating pad does seem to heat up deeper into the tissue than hot air blowing across the surface and makes everything more stretchy.

I like the Mandingo stretch. When I first started my BPFSL wasn’t long enough to really get the full benefit of the stretch but once I hit around 7” BPFSL it became a really effective stretch. I still do them quite a bit, you can use the heating pad really well while doing Mandingo stretch so there’s that too. As far as sets I used to do 10x1min or 5x2min. Now I usually just set a timer for 10minutes and try to get as much quality Mandingo stretching as I can in that 10 minutes. Sometimes I do twisted/bundled Mandingo stretches and these are even more intense.
 
Heat is so important to PE but heating pads are just so cumbersome. We are working on something very exciting right now that will allow men to give various temperature healing. Healing has become the biggest part of PE for me and I do believe it was the missing link before SRT was written. So we have some exciting things coming in the future.

Thanks a lot man, great advice as always, really appreciate it. Actually, this week I have been doing my normal routine but only 2 rounds of the 4 direction stretches followed by 3 sets of 30s mandingo stretch each hand, so 6 sets altogether. I was wondering if the 30s is not too little. Also, I am not sure if I should focus more on the stretch of the penis over the gripping fingers or the stretch which pulls the penis at the base ( when doing mandingo stretch).
