Actually, I have been measuring recently. Im gonna measure everyday during this week and kind of put those measurements together and see what I gained, since EQ can fluctuate from one day to another.
But I have a question with regards to measuring. It looks like I definitely gained in bone pressed length but my non-bonepressed length is still the same , or better said, it fluctuates by about 1/2 inch based on the angle and how much fatpad I uncover.
I give you this example...when I have an erection and put the ruler on top of my penis and the beginning of the ruler is literally just slightly touching my fatpad, the measurement is in this case about 1/2 less than when I pinch the fatpad a bit and move it up from the base of my penis. Now I dont know what measurement is correct, as Non-bonepressed...the first one or the second one?
And then when I measure bone-Pressed and I press the ruler to my pelvic bone, this measurement is like 1+ inch bigger than non-bonepressed. Thats a lot. However, I am not fat at all. I am very athletic and eat healthy. I have just always had this fatpad even when I was a young skinny kid. I dont know what to do.

Also, when I stand up, I immediately lose about 1/2 inch of length because my penis kind of goes in. Its weird. I have my best EQ and also length when I sit on the edge of the bed, thats also how I always measure.
 
That sounds like a good plan but checking every day may bring some discouragement on certain days so be prepared for that. But I do like the site of somebody keeping track of such a primal level. Way to show more non-bone pressed is either losing the fat pad or making the penis longer, obviously ? So in your case you need to grow more length. A very good exercise that closes the gap between bone pressed erect and bone pressed flaccid is erect stretching. I suggest 10 minutes 3 times a week.

Thanks a lot! Actually, I do erect stretching after every session for 5 sets of 1 minute. I feel like it is slowly helping me to close that gap.

NEW MEASUREMENTS (3.7.2020)
I have been measuring every day this week so far, from Monday until Friday (today) to get an average measurement, since I think relying solely on one single measurement may be a bit inaccurate. So just to make sure I checked several times, each of those days and this is what I found out:

NBPEL - 14,8 cm (+2 mm)
-comment: this one is very tricky because just a tiny change of angle or a minimal fatpad adjusment and I get like 15 cm or 15,5 , even close to 16 cm... so the 14,8 cm is literally just touching the fatpad and making sure the penis is not retracting inside
BPEL - 17,3-17,5 cm (+7-9 mm)
-comments: I feel like I gained here, reaching the goal I set a month ago, so I am very happy; first milestone conquered; I am still going for the 20 cm by the end of 2020...I need to keep this momentum going strong!!!!!



Plan going forward:
By the end of June/July -> NBPEL - 15 cm (kind of completed)
-> BPEL - 17,2 cm (COMPLETED!)
COMPLETED

...
NEXT ->
By the end of September -> NBPEL - 16 cm (gain 1-1,2 cm, as of today...in the next two months)
-> BPEL - 18,2-18,5 cm (gain 0,9-1,2 cm, as of today...in the next two months)

By the end of December -> NBPEL - 18 cm
-> BPEL - 20 cm

I am glad this is working because when I first heard I thought maybe this would be discouraging to measure every day but it seems like it may be something viable

Comments: Lately my libido and EQ have been sky-rocketing, I dont know why. During erect stretches in today´s session I was so horny and my penis was diamond hard I felt like I need to ejaculate. But I didnt do it. I let myself cooldown and then wrapped it up. I feel like abstaining from ejaculation for extended periods of time (unless it is sex of course) is benefitial. It is very difficult not to do it sometimes but that is the secret I think - all things that are worth doing are difficult.

Very difficult but you did good. When faced with the temptation completely wrap your mind around something else, figuratively and literally LOL For me when I get Temptations I look to Jesus and pray for strength. It is a very difficult challenge but you can do it and I can do it, it may not be perfect but we’re doing our best

Comments:
As I said before, i dont have toomuch privacy this week. So what I did was that I wrapped my penis around 2-3 PM and then I had it wrapped until about 10 PM when I did my session.
I felt kind of pain during some moments, on the right side of my shaft right below the glans. I feel like I may have overdone it with the erect stretches on Thursday and Friday last week, when I did 10 sets. Maybe I need to decrease the intensity and volume now just for a short period of time.
Also I felt during this session that my penis was quite deflated, a bit tired looking.

Looking good my brother! Do not worry too much about your penis being tired, when your penis is in a state of fatigue it is the best time to stretch as nothing can hold back the resistance. So on the days that you feel this to fatigue take advantage of it!
 
27th July - 31st August : I did only 1 round of stretches (each day, weekend off - 5 sessions)
3rd - 7th of August: I did 2 rounds of stretches (each day, weekend off - 5 sessions)
10th - 14th of August (this week): also 2 rounds of stretches (each day of week, weekend off)

I am planning to measure after 3-4 more weeks of training because the last 4 weeks have been really not very productive for me. First week I had a forced layoff, then I was able to do only one round of stretches each session and the last 2 weeks only 2 rounds of stretches. Before this forced layoff I was at 3 rounds per session, so thats what Im planning to do this week. And then even add 4th round.
From tommorrow I will have my privacy again and will be able to do warmup properly aswell as do the stretches with a relaxed mindset. You know, honestly, the last 4 weeks were for me more of a maintenance so I dont lose what I gained. But now since I have my privacy back, I want to focus not on maintenance but on serious length gains, I am going to increase number of sets and intensity gradually. And then mid september I will measure.
