2 Girth questions

1) Canomeone gain girth if doing girth workouts twice a week? (i.e. (3) 10 min. clamp sessions + [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, compressions etc.)

2) What type of girth gains are common? My girth gains are slow and i'm getting discouraged. I am doing as many workouts as my privacy allows, but just soooooooo slooooooooooow....

I think its possible but your progress will be much slower. as i half assed my routine over the last 2 years, i got progress so now im gonna stick to a good solid routine and see where i end up.
 
Patience man, patience.........And a solid routine like Benoz said. Gains won't be there in a day but will be witnessed in some time, just keep up the work and don't give up. Good luck
 
It's all subjective really. If your routine is intense enough to warrant less on days, sure you can do 2 days a week of actual training. Most men though, do NOT train intensely enough to take many off days.
