Hello! New Joiner, 6 months of PE

Have not come across any new growths but will give you an update on my current routine:

Wrapping:
So I made some tweaks to my current wrapping method as I found that there have been some instances of slippage, which usually occurs as I'm pulling my LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging in a downward direction. Have noticed even more slippage when I pull in an upward direction, even while the plates & bolts are screwed on firmly. While my foreskin is fully retracted, I notice my frenulum slowly pushes itself out at first, then eventually smaller surrounding parts at the top of my foreskin. At times I even notice the top of my wrap pushing into the base of my glands nearing the end of some sets which doesnt sound ideal.
So now I've used shorter pieces of THERABAND by cutting into two long pieces which I wrap around the top & bottom halves of my shaft (made a small difference by reducing the amount of folds/creases in the Theraband), also used a short length of bandage and then used a longer piece of the black tape so it wraps around my entire shaft (trying to reduce friction across all parts of my shaft). This has made a slightly positive difference in the quality of grip in the Lengthmaster.

Lengthmaster routine:
Firstly, I've decided to attach the lengthmaster closer to the base of the shaft so there's more focus on lig stretches, as opposed to attaching close to the glands (being mindful about clamping etc.). When pulling straight down (seated) I feel a noticeable difference in my ligs as I'm able to feel a deep inner soreness (dull stretch), may feel uncomfortable but I try to let this feeling sit in this position for each rep.
More recently, I came across another user's post regarding their current routine with suggestions to aim for 5min holds, rotating left to right, in a BTC position (think this may have been shared by SIM). So I've been experimenting with this routine for a few days now to see if I notice any new changes or sensations.
Routine consisted of 2x downward stretches + 2x BTC stretches lasting close to 5mins each, gripping at the shaft base, and then immediately jumping into a 10min MOS-RED | NIR INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY FOR ERECTION QUALITY session after my 2nd workout of the day. As I'm attaching at the base, I can only fit in less rotations but can gradually rotate as far as 1.5 bundles (there might be a BTC video demonstrating this). Felt sore on my first day of the updated routine but not so much on my 2nd or 3rd day. Similarly, my penis was more noticeably elongated after my first attempt, (while unwrapping and sitting in front of my MOSRED) but back to normal on the following days (idk if this is due to a lack of technique or just something new that my penis is getting used to). So yes the routine sounds promising but I feel like I'll need to feel a constant lig/inner penis soreness before I can feel 100% confident in my routine. Also making sure to remove penis from the chamber in between sets.

ADS:
Still using my Phallosan Plus during my weekdays or on days where I'm resting from Lengthmaster, with a focus on increasing the bar length after the 1st hour of usage. I also aim to put my Phallosan Plus on after a Lengthmaster routine to keep my penis in a fatigued state with microtears. However, it's hard for me to tell if this device is actually making a real contribution to my gains or if my penis has outgrown Phallosan Plus. I don't think I've felt any direct soreness from this extender alone as of recent. So I'm not sure if I should stick with this device or opt for a different model? (e.g SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger). Wonder if there's a major difference in models with a rod system or ones using a belt (like phallosan forte) as I'm able to get away with using a rod system during WFH.

Looks like the routines needed to be revised to break the initial needs. Don't stay in a routine too long. You need to constantly change your routines every 4 to 6 weeks to keep the body break out of the static adaptation rate. If you need more help and info, let us know.

Sounds like you're working out the kinds to the wrapping. We have methods of all kind. If you're not gaining any success on the wrap, we'll all help. By the way, make sure to wrap a bit more "bulky". The bulkiness is the key to create traction compression to hold the penile shaft in place, especially near the base of the glans. Let us know if you need more visual tips. I've recently posted the methods to help the brothers.

Looks like you got your routines for the attack. but don't just focus so much on the ligs that you fail to push for the tunica as well. 85% to 90% is your tunica and shaft lengthening, while only 10% to 15% is your ligs. I would say dedicate one set of the aggressive routines for the ligs, and the rest of the sets for the tunica.

ADS:

After an aggressive LengthMaster routine, as long as you can use 800g to 1100g of traction force for the next 4 hours, optimally at 10 hours, you'll see the growth faster. Your extender will act as an elongation device to keep the cellular gaps for adaptive repairs. That means your cells are working hard to fill in the missing gaps during the elongation state. Same for smaller cells combining to make larger cells. But, the trick is to constantly keep the traction pressure at 800g to 1100g. Even with the SiliStretcher, I have to constantly adjusting it to ensure it's under proper tension. After a while, you can feel the proper tension simply by tugging on the penis and the sensation of tension will tell you immediately. For now, you just have to look at the springs under tension indicator.

Ok this probably came around too soon but I think I might have to take a rest from lengthmaster for the next few days (at least 3-4). I've had a small cut on the top of my shaft which I've tried to push through during my last few workouts but the cut doesn't seem to go away. So while I'm resting up I'm gonna spend this time into researching PE and gather more info that I could apply to my daily routines.

For the time being, I'll continue using my Phallosan Plus (aiming for more than the standard minimum of 4 hours) in addition to elongated wrapping during my healing. Will also continue to use 2x daily MOSRED sessions for 10mins each.

As for my cut, I'll be using Vitamin E oil on a daily basis. I normally use this when I come across any cuts, bruising, funny veins etc. or anything that should help repair the skin. Otherwise, open to learning about other treatment alternatives for these types of injuries or similar.

Should also mention I'm currently taking Citrulline Malate, HMB Powder and Vitamin D3 as previously recommended, as well as a Maca Root supplement in tablet form. Have also read that D3+K2 supplements are especially effective when it comes to nutrient absorption but curious to hear if you have any thoughts on this?

Now while I'm resting up, I'm reading into a few different topics, one of them being the concept of reverse kegels. It's something I haven't really understood or looked into during PE but it's been said that it's a vital part of length gains. From a novice point of view, I've read that it's just a motion of internally controlling certain muscles in your pelvic floor, and that it's something you would naturally do while going to the toilet. So if I were to incorporate this into my PE routines, should I be doing a reverse kegel during a stretch (whether it's manual or with a device)? How often should I be performing reverse kegels? And how soon would I expect to see any kind of benefits? I've read that it's also beneficial for improving EQ so I'm curious to see how this will effect my penis. EQ is still something I'm lacking in but overall the only significant times where I've noticed an improvement in my erections was when I've made each perm gain in length/girth. It almost feels like I'm putting together the building blocks of a perfect erection upon gaining size, so yes this is something I'm trying to work towards as well.

I'll probably have more questions/ideas along the way but yeah hoping I can recover pretty quick. I know it's always a bummer having to pause your routine and potentially miss out on gains after losing consistency. I remember there was one time months ago when I was only doing manual bundles and had to take a week off to heal a thrombosed vein, but after starting manual bundles again I noticed one spurt in girth gains assuming my penis had a shock after resting. Hopefully another miracle like this happens this time around before I resume lengthmastering (xd)
 
Looks like you got this brother. Even if you allow the penis to rest for the cut, which I actually am resting now for the same reason because of an idiotic mistake from not paying attention, wrap the penis up to keep it partially elongated in low traction tension to get the blood to occupy the penis. Not too tight though.
 
Wrapping is an art, practice and trying different style to perfect your method. Do not fear trying different styles or even coming up with your own style as this will allow you to have the perfect wrap.

With your cut, alow it to heal completely heal. You can continue kegels but nothing else.
 
Guys I've got bad news...I've lost size again. Approx 0.5 inches to be exact. Its only been a week since I havent used my Lengthmaster and I've got no idea what I'm doing wrong.

I've just been using my ADS stretcher as per normal as well as wrapping as much as I can. I woke up with my current size this morning but suddenly noticed the size went smaller during this evening without any warning/no unusual feelings in my penis.

Looks like I have to get back into Lengthmastering asap especially when my cut just fully healed as of now.

Its just very disheartening that this is happening all over again after stretching for such a long time. Now im feeling even more self conscious and its putting a bigger strain on my sex life. Hope you guys can lend a hand here. Just hoping I dont resort to any kind of irrational decisions here and get a filler or something (which would just defeat the purpose of PE)

-Ordered additional hydrocortisone + other wrapping materials for LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging

Guys I've got bad news...I've lost size again. Approx 0.5 inches to be exact. Its only been a week since I havent used my Lengthmaster and I've got no idea what I'm doing wrong.
You didn't lose it. You probably cause a micro trauma that causes the penis to perform a tug back, or a conservation mode. It pulls itself back to preserve itself from further injury. A possible muscle or tissue tear somewhere and it wants to restore itself. Very common. Once you have a day or two of rest, and the tissues heal up, you'll get it all back from the normal stretches and routines. It takes the tissues an average of 3 days to repairs, and around 5 days to create new tissues to reinforce the old damages. Micro traumas are very common all over your body. If you haven't notice, you do shrink a bit throughout the day, during resting, your body suddenly becomes longer and taller. This is a common, including your penis.

When you wear the ADS, as you bend over, stretch out, or accidentally move too fast, that one sudden surge of pressure through the hard stretch can cause a micro trauma. It happens to me so many times, I lost count. The same goes for traction devices, pumping, and even the LengthMaster. No worries brother.

Like I said earlier, allow yourself to heal a day, or two. Then slowly use the ADS and LengthMaster at lower intensity for one day. Then switch to moderate on the next day. After 3 to 4 days, switch to the normal routines again. This way, you don't allow your penis too much time to rest or stay at the lower end of the routines.

Brothers seeing this freaked out all the time. Your gains are all there. They didn't go away overnight. What you gained, you will lose over time. If you don't pursue PE to cement it permanently, the loss will be around 6 to 12 months later. But you continued with the PE until you cement it, the gains remain. Once you cement the gains permanent, it takes years for you to lose 10% of the gains. It has been documented over and over gain. So you're still good brother. Let your mind relax and be assured you didn't lose anything.

Great job. Keep at it. Don't use too much self adhesive tape either. Too much adhesive can cause unneeded abrasion on your poor penis.
 
So many fear time off thinking they will lose their gains because of time off. The fact is you may temporarily lose some size but that will return a couple of days of training after the break. Training through injuries is dangerous and not productive. If you have an injury rest is needed and you will return with growth intact after a few days

When the penis retracts or shrinks into the body, creating a slight temporary loss like you experienced. Most of the time, you can't feel the micro traumas. Sometimes you can.

For example could there be a moment where I've made a funny movement while using an ADS stretcher/lengthmaster causing a sharp stretch? Would I be feeling any pain or lingering soreness after use?
You can feel your glans can being yanked, and a sore feelings around the base of the glans or around the tip of the glans because of a sudden high pressure inside the vacuum cup. That occurs during a very high traction around 1500g or force that surges into 2000g or even 2500g.

Looking to continue using both devices with low to moderate intensity. I remember the last time I lost length I started to use LM3 for approx. 4 weeks using newbie routine until I began downward/BTC stretched which brought my length back.
You can simply keep it low around 900g is more than enough.

Now while the objective is to stretch as hard and as frequently as possible to regain length, there still comes a time where the penis cells are trained and conditioned to strengthen themselves against heavy pulling after stretching for a while. So in my case would it take a much longer time to grow due to being in a more dense state after stretching long term?

Of course we would consider updating PE routines after a while if we see no growth/don't feel any soreness/begin to plateau, but is this still likely to get your penis out of that 'dense' state? Would this be harder to accomplish for a 'hard hainer'? Think I'm just figuring out how to best navigate this and try to get my penis is a more flexible & malleable state as my best tools here are lengthmaster + BTC stretches.

It's also been said that stretching after a period of taking a break from PE may be beneficial for growth? (looking for confirmation as not 100% sure). Reason being it's a way to 'shock' the penis and trigger growth. When I took a week off of PE to recover from a cut on my shaft (and right before shrinkage occurred) I felt a more significant lingering soreness within the inner penis & ligs (more inner penis; figured this area might be the sweet spot). Is this theory correct when trying to prevent the tissues from being restrictive to growth?

Just figuring out how to best approach my PE routines as it just seems to take a long while before I can see any progress. Would the fact that I still have ED be a root cause of PE progress moving at a slow pace? Do you find that people with ED tend to be more hard gainers compared to those who don't have ED? Alternatively, would the rate of growth depend on the current size of the penis? (E.g short length or thick girth)
 
PE Updates:

- Sadly no growth since my last update. Only difference I've noticed is that I'm able to reach more rotations; I find it easier to get to 1.5 rotations now and have hit 2 full rotations on 2 or 3 occasions.

- Resumed lengthmastering using at the same frequency but im only performing BTC stretches at 60sec holds. Was able to feel more noticeable soreness in the inner penis for the 1st week since my last update, which probably resulted in me being able to go further with the rotations.

- Continued using MOSRED for 2x 10min sessions per day, with more focus on performing basic stretches during this time. Bundles manuals in particular.

- Continued using Phallosan Plus as per normal, laid off tape around foreskin.

- Micro tear around glands seems to be a likely cause of the shrinkage, seems to check out since I've been feeling lingering semsations around the top of the glands for the first 5 days since last update (perhaps this is just a phase of the glands repairing themselves)

That is a yes, and a no. Yes, as tissues reach certain density, the penis can fight you back even harder through the tug back to preserve itself. No, you didn't lose anything. The dense tissues will relax and the sudden gain comes out. It's a physiological phenomenon that works to preserve the penis.

Now while the objective is to stretch as hard and as frequently as possible to regain length, there still comes a time where the penis cells are trained and conditioned to strengthen themselves against heavy pulling after stretching for a while. So in my case would it take a much longer time to grow due to being in a more dense state after stretching long term?
Hard aggressive pulls at the start, but the angles must be strategic. For example, say you pull up, out, and down for 10 minutes, you feel a dull achy feeling during that period, use another 5 minutes to pull it between the legs and to the back at around 110 to 120 degrees. To achieve this position, simply lean back on the chair, rest your chest on the back rest, stick your butt out, and pull. This is the realm of the LengthMaster for optimal pulling. You may need to make a straight bar mod for this purpose of your arms straight out rather than bending at least 25 degrees.

However, don't stay at the same pulling traction force constantly. Make sure to perform dynamic pulls instead. 2 minutes of aggressive pull, ease out to 1 minute light pull, then 1 minute aggressive pull, then release to a minute moderate pull. This is to prevent the static micro tearing trauma that the body responses to and push the penis to preservation mode.

Of course we would consider updating PE routines after a while if we see no growth/don't feel any soreness/begin to plateau, but is this still likely to get your penis out of that 'dense' state?
This sounds like the plateau state. This is where a new optimization routine comes into play. Mind providing the routines you've used in the past 6 months so we can tweak it? This include any tools you used and the frequency of the routines, days on vs day off.

The hard gainer is due to too many years of too intense of a workout, saying hanging at high weights. Some brothers take a 6 to 12 months off to allow the tissues to relax and reset. This is the "decon" period. Some even walked away for a few years. But, there are unique methods to work around it. Let me know if the requested info from above first.

This is a partial decon state. It places the penis into a rest phase to reset the tissues' trauma. That is why you feel more fatigueness coming back.

Those with ED tends to gain length faster than girth. Those with healthy penis without ED gains girth faster than length. This is proven.

This is perfect! This is a phase of malleability. Keep at it! DLD coined it as rotary crank. Medical terms is lateral contortion. Keep at it, but always make sure it's equal in both angles and force.

Yes. BTC is a great approach, but, push through dynamic tension and angles like I described earlier.

- Continued using MOSRED for 2x 10min sessions per day, with more focus on performing basic stretches during this time. Bundles manuals in particular.

- Continued using Phallosan Plus as per normal, laid off tape around foreskin.
If the tape is adhesive base, get the flexible bandage instead, something like Uncle Jim's tape.

- Micro tear around glands seems to be a likely cause of the shrinkage, seems to check out since I've been feeling lingering semsations around the top of the glands for the first 5 days since last update (perhaps this is just a phase of the glands repairing themselves)

This sounds like the plateau state. This is where a new optimization routine comes into play. Mind providing the routines you've used in the past 6 months so we can tweak it? This include any tools you used and the frequency of the routines, days on vs day off.
If I were to break my PE routine down to the last 6 months:
- 1st month consisted of manual bundles only, stretching in all directions (no equipment, except for Phallosan Plus)
- 2nd month I received my Lengthmaster and used the newbie routine for the whole month
- 3rd month I began to utilize downward stretches (kneeling & seated) and BTC stretches at the mid-shift, which was my most successful month to date, inner penis soreness was more significant during this period
- 4th month took a break from full time PE as I was travelling overseas and was only performing very few manual stretches in limited capacity
- 5th month I resumed by previous routine consisting of downward stretches & BTC stretches, alternating the order of the two stretches every few days, increased the range of rotations from 1 to 1.5. Inner penis soreness was less significant
- 6th month experimented with the duration of stretches by doing close to 5min holds of downward stretches (seated) and BTC stretches, attaching at the penis base

On average, targeting 20min sets twice per day, sometimes 15mins depending on whether my penis feels like I'm risking injury by overdoing PE. Usually fit one session in the afternoon and one in the evening as I work full time. Will use lengthmaster for 3 consecutive days followed by one rest day, then repeat the cycle.

Just speculating that it could be the type of micro tear that you cant see or feel (as previously mentioned), no visible cuts. However glands did feel significantly more limp for the first 2 days after shrinkage occurred

Do you mean 5mins straight with no breaks? Adding to this, is there generally more of an impact if you hold a stretch for a few minutes straight compared to 30-60sec holds? Or perhaps that just depends on if you're able to feel that dull achy pain?
 
If I were to break my PE routine down to the last 6 months:
- 1st month consisted of manual bundles only, stretching in all directions (no equipment, except for Phallosan Plus)
- 2nd month I received my Lengthmaster and used the newbie routine for the whole month
- 3rd month I began to utilize downward stretches (kneeling & seated) and BTC stretches at the mid-shift, which was my most successful month to date, inner penis soreness was more significant during this period
- 4th month took a break from full time PE as I was travelling overseas and was only performing very few manual stretches in limited capacity
- 5th month I resumed by previous routine consisting of downward stretches & BTC stretches, alternating the order of the two stretches every few days, increased the range of rotations from 1 to 1.5. Inner penis soreness was less significant
- 6th month experimented with the duration of stretches by doing close to 5min holds of downward stretches (seated) and BTC stretches, attaching at the penis base
Got it. This is the body's fighting back because of the short rest/decon. No worries. Normally, any short rest/decon of 1 or more months requires a light to moderate newbie routine for 2 weeks, and stay at moderate for 2 more weeks. But, conditions arose due to micro tears with moderate traumas. We'll get into it soon.

On average, targeting 20min sets twice per day, sometimes 15mins depending on whether my penis feels like I'm risking injury by overdoing PE. Usually fit one session in the afternoon and one in the evening as I work full time. Will use lengthmaster for 3 consecutive days followed by one rest day, then repeat the cycle.
Let's resume at 25 minutes per session. Meaning, 10 minutes of standard bundled stretches moderate, 10 minutes BTC moderate with rotary cranks (1 rotation only) added during the hold like you're doing, but let's ease up to 1 full rotation only, and 5 minutes of light downward stretches. Not aggressive.

Just speculating that it could be the type of micro tear that you cant see or feel (as previously mentioned), no visible cuts. However glands did feel significantly more limp for the first 2 days after shrinkage occurred
Internal tears can be felt. It does feel like itchy and dull tingling at near the glans. However, any micro tears that you can feel, allow 1 to 2 days of rest while keeping the penis wrapped for elongation. Keep the stretches traction force around 600g, which is standard wrapping. A sleeve can be used for easiness and hygienic.

Yes. However, do dynamic hold. Pull, hold for 30 seconds, ease up 30 seconds, and repeat. This prevents static damages. Static damages is the hanging or extender type at high traction force beyond 4kg for long period. We want to stay far away from it.
 
Just for my own understanding were there any specific video demonstrations for the above stretches? (e.g dynamic holds in multiple directions). Pretty sure I've seen a number of the video tutorials already its just so I know I'm on the right track when attempting any updated exercises

You may have already saw most of the videos, especially SIM's LM3 and hugh-girth videos as you go down:

Other than these videos, once you start the stretches using the LM3, it becomes intuitive for the pull forward, pull up, pull down, pull sideways, rotary cranks, and many other routines in incorporating them in. There's no other way to use the LM3 once you have it strapped on except the straight forward and intuitive ways. If you need more videos, we'll try to make some more for clarification.

Just when I thought things couldnt get worse it appears that I've lost size in girth (and hopefully not lose more length). This is actually now getting beyond frustrating and it's hard to stay positive during these times.
All I've done it take the above advice onboard and I've only noticed these changes just an hour ago. Not even a slight tingle down there and this happens out of the blue.

Yesterday was a solid day using lengthmaster, even there was no major soreness post workout I've pretty much done what was required. Today was mostly resting but was attempting some basic stretches earlier then noticed the change in size.

At this point I'm probably going to consider some kind of procedure whether that be a Pshot or filler. Just hate having to go back and forth for the last 12 months with no real progress, except I'm progressively getting worse.

Calm down brother. Your case is similar to brother kriskos.

He was doing things normally, got desperate and got P-shota, and pump, yet, he saw no results. Then sudden, it all came out.

What you don't understand is the penile tissues grow over time. What you think you see and what happens under the skin is two different things. We see what we can measure, but what we don't see is already there hidden beneath the unobservable portions until the body resets itself. When you push the body hard, it will undergo a preservation mode called the "tug back". It's your body defensive mode to prevent injuries from the micro traumas you're causing it to suffer every day. When the body has time to relax for a few weeks to a few months, the body naturally relaxes and releases every repair it accumulated, and sudden, "the gains" come about.

This is a suggestion from a long time PE-er that collect and analyze data for the past 2 long decades, keep going, modify the routines by increasing the intensities safely, and allow the PE is to build and grow how you envision it. If you are trying to fix erectile dysfunction (ED), we can work on it on a different level. But to make it gain length and girth, stick with the routines day and and day out. Don't stop until you want to reset the body.
