Hey guys, I've been using SG for a while now, dont know exact how long but I think 4 months now, usually its 4-8h per day depending how I work, im using VLC right now, and not doing much of gains, I've been trying out to do some manual stretches betwen the sessions also, but not seem to do much, Im starting to think its VLC, maybe its not stretching the right way, I took a picture to show how it looks when its stretch, does it look like I have a good stretch ?
