In my thread i discussed my issue with the bumps popping out of the rim of my head (PPP) , i usually do my workout 5 days a week but now it's tie for me to take a break hoping that my penis goes back to normal .

I was soaking in the shower letting the warm water hit my penis , then i sat down and started to beat off . As I'm looking down i noticed how stretched my penis looked and felt , it takes both of my ahnds to hold the entire shaft . I went from 5 inches around 5 girth to near 8 inches 6 girth and i'm not losing any gains .

I started phase 1 of DLD's beginner routine on May 30 and i never switched .

Are my gains cemented ?
 
You would have to stop training completely for a week and measure to know if the gains have cemented.

How much of your gains was cemented? It is best to go half inch past your desired goal if you intending cementing your desired goal. If you seek 8 inches, go for 8.5 inches. When you stop PE completely, you might lose the whole extra half inch and settle permanently for 8 inches.

Most don't understand that they can't go turkey and expect to maintain the gains. Cementing process is light to moderate routines to stop the regression because your body wants to fight back with everything it has.
