Yes, there is a reason and it is that you are stretching the skin instead of the real penis. I can not tell you if that's the exact reason (as you haven't given any other information than "it hurts"), but it is very common for PEers to feel pain while they stretch BTC. Do you describe the pain as "a burning sensation at the base of the penis"? If this describtion fits your experience- then it is most likely due to the fact that your skin is not stretched yet. There are a few things you can do:

1- Stretch the skin first and then go for the exercises (because a certain amount of the weight stress falls on the skin instead of the penis only, which makes the exercises "less effective"). The human skin is very stretchable, it may not be very pleasant, but it would sure be effective doing so.

2- Continue exercising and over time your skin would adapt to the stretches (elongating and becoming somewhat immune to the pain you are currently feeling).
 
actually when i stretch i feel the base of my penis ¨numb¨ besides that i felt today as if the pubic area would come off...
 
O lol. Then don't do BTC for sometime and see if it goes .....it should ...must be a sign of over training of tht area

Usually, BTC is known as the best ligament stretching angle (alongside with SD- straight down, BUT BTC is what targets the ligs the best) and it sure does stretch the skin the most. Upward angles (the tunica angles (though ligaments are stretched a bit as well)) are less "painful" when it comes to skin stretching. Cutting BTC would not be a solution to the problem as in the end he would only have stopped stretching in the best "lig angle" (and ligs are where most men make huge gains from). Maybe just stretch the skin and then stertch the penis or work both at the same time. :)
 
i agree with you Zambrodom that BTC is the best way to stretch the ligs and tunica but Zam he says it hurts! and it is not the pain that we normally feel after a stretch.
and i feel if you feel abnormal pain that u shouldnt then you shouldnt do it to aggrevate it further.
now he has to decide whether he wants to carry on or not....lol

Well, skin stretching pain is normal for any newbie who does not have his skin stretched. Pain is a bad sign, yes, but if it is skin only- there is nothing to worry about actually. It is quite unpleasant (I can tell!), but it is necessary for the skin to be stertched (whether it be the skin only 1st and then penis only stretches OR stretching them both simultaneously, it is normal). Now you have your skin streched to a level where I guess you would not feel any pain when you do the BTC stretches, but most people do not have that. :)
 
ya Zam you are absolutely right. I didnt know that the pain is in skin cuz it isnt mentioned anywhere.

This pain will only last until you have stretched the skin enough to take up the stretch. Take you time and progressively work up to your maximum stretch, this will give the skin time to stretch. It is important to push through this because great length gains can be made BTC.

I agree with this. But I hadn't realized this before I read this thread. The skin on my penis was really not used to it when I started. With time the "pain" will subside, and it will be easier on your skin. You will adjust to it if you keep at it.

This was my penis in the beginning when I started:

I remember it was really hard on my penis, and I was questioning if this was going to work. But It worked out in the end. Just keep going and incorporate rest days from time to time. But you do not want to many rest days. 3 days on 1 day rest is better then, 1 week on 1 week off, due to skin soreness.
