Please advice - routine and progress

Today i got air clamp python and used it for the first time. Up to 13inHG. Didn't feel too much pressure by that.
I tried to expiriment with it as doing the first step of SSJ, only by the clamp instead of the hand grip. Just moving the clamp up towards my glans for an inch. Felt similar to what i have done with my hand grip on top of my toe shields but actually felt not as good.

I have a similar pressure pump type of restrictive air clamp too. It was a cheapy one to test. Works well while the pressure hold but it didn't last long. However, do be careful as you go. Although it's restrictively 95% of the way, that extra pressure can place the restrictive to constrictive with just a single light pump. The good thing about it is the softness of the air bladder rather than the crushing of the edges like the cable clamp.

After, i did 10min LIST.

Not sure why but i feeling now like pee is trying to run out non intentionally. Even after i went to the bathroom. It happens again now. But i could not pee again because i already empty. So i guess it's local sensation.
Not sure if that caused by the clamp, the LIST, or the mix of both.
In any case i hope it will subside

That strange feeling of urinary incontinence is a combo of weakening of muscle. Your radial aim on the LiST may be too hitting the urinary spinchter at the base of the penis. How deep are you aiming the LiST?

P.s this is how the blister looks like now..the swollen has subside but it's really red.
I have put some bactroben antibiotic cream on it in the last days.

As krikros said, let the wound heal before continuing. It's healing in the surrounding tissues of the blister, but the center of the blister is very tender. Add on some bacitracin ointment! I see shallow puss because of bacterial formation.

So true and extremely on point. allow it to heal and use bacitracin on the effected area until it heals. Do not try to squeeze anything from the area. I am so sorry this happened but using the advice above you should be back to training in about 6 to 8 weeks.

Yes it soft and have quick release and the clamp area is wider than cable but
Im not sure if i'm happy with this device to be honest.
I really had high hopes for it... Altough i used it only today for the first time. So i should give it more chance.
When i just apply toe shields and do 'ULI' with it its more easy to maintain erection and the squize feels good.
But with this i feel its easier to lose erection and blood volume then with the other method (but it's 2nd day in a row of girth work so maybe i already fatigued from yesterday.) But maybe i just didn't apply enough vaccum pressure as i really not sure where I should aim or what is normal. I mean with semi erect i could get to 13inhg and not sure if thats enough, but it seems a lot if i compare that to pumping pressure. On the other hand i expect to maintain the erection blood volume which doesnt seem to happen very well even if i pump it to 8inhg right away almost fully erect.

Regardless. I think i should add pumping to my routine. Even though it might be just edema but i had much better post session expension with the pumping than only clamping with all its variations.

For LIST i don't have depth settings. But i try to press it deep into my tissues.

How do you angle the LiST wand? Do you fire it directly at the base of the penis towards your prostate? Straight down perpendicular to the penis? Straight up or 45 degrees to the base of the penis?

To be honest i simply try different angles since im not sure where i should aim. But at the when i go around the base i mainly hold it stright or a bit inward (45deg)

I also do 1min in perineum behind the sack.

BTW the urine thing was gone after my night sleep

For the penile shaft, not near the base, 45 to 90 degrees (straight in).

Near the base, 90 degrees only, perpendicular with the shaft.

The reason why you feel like you have to pee like you have urinary incontinence is because you over stimulate the urinary sphincter at the base of the penis. That weakens the penis ability to hold back the pee.

I also do 1min in perineum behind the sack.

And this is the second reason. You also weaken the prostate capacity to hold back the pee as well. I wouldn't hit the prostate too many times.

Yep. It recover itself after 8 hours. This is a personal preference to stimulate the urinary sphincter and prostate or not. There are medical treatments using the same treatment method for urinary incontinence, but if you don't have it, I wouldn't play around with it.

Today girth session with python was better. Got a tip to put some toe shield on the base and then put the python. Went slighly better. 9x5min sets.
Post session expanaion 0.5cm.

The manufacture say you don't need to remove the device between sets (to save putting on and off). Only release vaccum. I wonder if that is really enough in terms of preventing clots etc. As i can massage only the shaft above the device but not the base area. But it is loose and blood can flow freely. Even with the 2 toe shields they are pretty light.

Also the pee thing felt again altough not in the same power. Maybe it is affected by the clamp as well.

That smaller damn creates a strange squirling back flow (in this case your penis pressure) in between the penis and the rest of the body behind the sphincter. When you finally release the blood volume from the penis,n that small pressure creates a pressure differential pushing against the sphincter, causing the body to relax the sphincter's muscles even more to allow the blood to move out of the penis more freely. When that happens, the urine also come out more freely.

As long as there is expansion greater than 0%
That is the one of the most important measurements you can take because it gives you a peak into your future. if you are not seeing consistent elongation or thickness you need to turn up the routine. This means adding time or/more exercises. After a session of 5x5x3 my expansion is amazing. Some maybe still doing a beginners routine should switch to SRT.

5x5x3 is no doubt a great routine
 
Yesterday I did 10x5mins python clamping sets. Max engorged clamped 12.8.
Post session eg 12.0 (4%)

Today i did 3x5min pumping session.
Entered soft. Measured here 12.2 (6%)
And then 9x5min clamping sets with head squizing etc.
While clamped got to 13.0cm

Post session same expension 12.2cm (6%).

I suspect the expension from pumping is mostly swelling. And after an hour doing clamping some swelling subsides and some of it real expension.
Not sure if there is a benefit of this mix.

Up to this day the most post session expension i got was from SRT 5X5X3 (with 12.5) While lastly while adding soft clamping to it i reached 12.6.

But here again i suspect that once you measure not far from the last pump (as we switch between pump and ssj/clamp) i get more of swelling addition in the measurement (and it always looked swell BIG) than when i pump and then do manuals for an hour.
Do you think it make sense? Or is it worth the effort of switching between pumping and clamping all the time? (Much less convinient to me than doing short session in bath and done with the bath part. And also seems to be safer than pump clamp pump routine..)

If I was you, I would go for SRT 5x5x3. And since you do 1 hour almost of clamping, I would go for 5x5x5
5 minutes of pumping with 5 minutes of SSJ x 5 times
There is nothing better than 5x5x5. Its the original technique.

I have done 5x5x3, 5x5x5, and all kinds of dynamics. But didn't grow lately so i decided to try something new.

I have two problems with 5x5xX
1. I mostly find it hard to keep erection for 5 minutes doing ssj.
The moment i start doing ssj the erection starts to subside while after 30sec it becomes ineffective.
I dont have problem to maintain erection while edging or masturbating but with this excercise i do. Hence reason number one i went towards clamping. Here there is something holding blood volume. While i clamped from time to time I do kind of ssj, just more carefully while the clamp used as the grip hand and the other hand squize the head.

2. While i need to switch between pump and manual all the time, i need to be all the session in the bath room.
So just imagine every time taking laptop, power supply, headphones, heatpad, tape, pump and its gauaged air bulb, and a chair! To the bathroom. Get the whole setup ready.
sitting 90minutes on a chair inside the bathroom, with a laptop in front (for adult entertainment) that usually needs power (electricity and water close. Winning combo). Filling water to the pump carefully not to spray on the laptop. Holding the pump in one hand with water, while jerking off with the other to get erection, then pump. Finish.
Spill the water carefully. Get erect again. Start ssj. Lose some erection. Jerk off again every 1-2mins.
Lastly get all the stuff back to its place.

Man, i think i need to get a medal for dedication.

With the new routine i just pump a bit in the shower, no extra equipment.
Then i go to my room, sit in my chair comfortably with my laptop and a clamp and thats it. It's 900% much easier.

Yes, i don't want to have comfort over gains. But i still seek for optimal routine for me.

I am not the 5x5x3 expert, but I guess to all people after 30 secs of SSJ the penis starts losing erection and thats the way to do it with the right technique. @DLD must explain this

Hm. Keep this up for a 2 weeks to see if there is even a larger fluctuation for the future sets.

This is a combo of blood true expansion and partial lymphatic fluid retention. Allow an hour in before you measure. This allows some of the fluid to leave, and you'll have a closer to true expansion measurement.

You are following @kriskros methods as well. Just make sure to offer yourself quite a bit of protection as you use any hard clamping method. Soft restrictive is not a problem.
