Please advice - routine and progress

Took a week off. Yesterday got 1.0cm expansion again after.

I have a question though.
I remember at my 20's i tried PE, but i didn't understood it's a marathon and i was too excited to get fast result.
Anyway i was doing pumping and jelqing at the time for really short period. The point is i remember that even from start when i was taking it out from the pump my penis seems really big (altough it was shrinking back in a minute). I also remember that once in jelqing my penis looked huge and also measured very big. I did it maybe for a month top.
Today im 40. And i don't see such temporarly fast gains at all.
I also read in this forum that young people have more potential in PE. And i wonder why is that? Is that related to growth hormone or something else? And the following question is can we take some supplament or do something to generate more of the stuff youngest have naturally to get better PE results.

The other optional theory i have which sounds less probable to me, is that since in one of the sessions back than, i got too excited and got injured during jelqing (basically i think it was ripped vein as i saw black color spreads all over my shaft right after i felt very strange feeling) my penis have less ability to grow..

Yes. The young and the crazy years of our lives. We didn't put too much into investigation and researches before we do foolish things. The younger your are, the harder the body tries to recover the body presets back to normalcy.

This is an easy explanation: cellular malleability. Our bodies take long to heal, rebound, or have greater malleability to go further without higher level of injuries. Our bodies tend to switch to preservation mode as we get older. So all available resources go to constantly repairing the damages we don't see constantly. When you're young, that energy goes into growth and maintenance. The growth part a large portion to maintaining the cellular malleability for expansion, extending, and constant growth.

Once you hit 35 or so, that phase reduces and around 40, the growth phase stops completely and becomes regressive to preservation mode. That's why men who have kids at this age tend to have more chance of genetic anomalies than men who have kids in their 20s and 30s.

Yes. We're currently cracking plenty of hidden amino acids and components desired by the cells to have an abundant of. For men, that's amino acids, HMB, trace minerals, and plenty of rests and relaxation to keep cortisol levels way down.

You probably popped a capillary. If you pop a vein, I highly doubt you only get a black color spreading. Your entire penis would be looking like cherry color popsicle. Do allow up to 3 weeks for the capillaries to heal and seal before pressurizing again. Start at low pressure to ensure no possible tear occurs during pressurizing.

No no, i was telling about the injury i had at my 20's. :) which is why i stopped PE back then.

Interesting about amino acids etc.. would love to hear if you have more detailed actionable info.
Regarding keeping cortisol low, also interesting (for me personally), as im very stressed usually.

I did some PE at 30 and got some good small gains. I started again at 45 and loving my stats, so no I don't believe age is much of a factor but discipline.
With age I have learned three things. 1. I needed to think different, so I became a multi orgasmic man 2. I love having a good amount of cum and tasting good for my wife so I am on vitamins that are game changers. 3. I need to make sure my EQ is amazing so I will most likely water pump for life, rather than taking pills. But we will see in the future if that changes.
I have faith that your body fixed itself after that vein injury, Our bodies are amazing and should be able to heal.

Here is what some call a cum cocktail, this is to increase your load, in addition to this I added Bromelain for my cum taste. Mine is still a work in progress and differs from others.

Start with 1 through 4, A few weeks after add number 5. Then a few weeks after, subtract and add, and see what your body is asking for.

(1) a. Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg (with food), many report that this is too high zinc for many people so to reduce as your body wants
(2) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg (with food)
(3) Bromelain, 500mg, Taken 1 time daily =500mg (This really does make your cum taste good, wifey approved and verified, she is shocked that I don’t taste like anything or that it is no longer salty. Hi. Long time wasn't here.

Short update: took some time off from PE. Besides being on extender 5-6 hours a day. Since i was a bit sick.

Pumping - i almost certain that 1st session with narrow mityvac, and then 2nd and 3rd session with BM works better for me than doing the 2nd and 3rd with wider mityvac.
I just see more expantion and feel less pain and difficulty pumping with the BM.
So i will switch back to that for the next period.

P.s i noticed that in like the first 7cm from the base the girth is filling the mityvac cylinder while the rest is not. And you can see the space between penis and the cylinder wall.
I wonder if that's normal. Or i accidently pump the base on expense of the rest and i wonder if there is a workaround that. I try to keep the balls out of course as much as possible. Attaching picture.

Use the same cylinder, or smaller cylinder, until everything filled up. Be patient. You know the protocols. Once the base filled, the middle will then fill. Once the middle filled, the top will too. Doing this will also cement your gains at the same time, unless you want to go bigger.

Tried it today. At 2nd session in narrow. It filled it out top to bottom. 3rd i did in the wider.
However unfortunately expantion after srt 553 was only near 0.5cm.
While i was doing 2nd and 3rd with BM i was getting better expantion after. Many times of 1.0cm.
