Good evening Squirt_Inducer_Man

Firstly thank you for this video on how to correctly use the bath mate pump. It has helped me a lot. I would like to enquire at the end when you reached maximum vacuum suction, what was the device you used to create more suction?

I use a VacuVin (wine saver) pump. The pump is to preserve wine for longer.
If you want to do this, buy the original brand.

Just a warning this is only for experienced pumpers, and you need to be able to feel how much pressure you can apply at your penis in order for this to be safe (not all can feel this).

Look here:

Thank you brother. I will be looking to get these supplies and modify mine. Will keep you posted regarding this
You're welcome.
The kind of tube you use, is important to make this modification work. In my modification thread I gave keywords you can use to search on Google.

I find it interesting how quickly you compress the bellows multiple times. Is that more advanced? Seems like that is an incredible amount of pressure within a short time. Is there any way to spitball how much pressure there is from one full bellow compression? Supposedly bathmates are made so that you can't overpressure because its dependent on the elastic spring force of the bellows. If the tissues are resisting expansion, the bellows will simply stop decompressing because the spring force can't override the tissue resistance.

I am still fairly new to pumping. I only have about 1.5 months of consistent pumping. I wonder how quickly I should compress the bellows fully. I know when I was using bathmate back in December, after a few weeks of working my way up, I was doing 1 full compression of bellows and letting the bellows decompress slowly by pulling back a bit toward me. So, I think I'd take about 20-30 sec for it to fully decompress. But then I remember on my 2nd or 3rd pump, I would do a 2nd full compression and that's where I had the light headness. It only happened once though but it scared me off. Last night I had my first bathmate reunion and I was pretty cautious. I do think a key detail would be that back in December, I was going in completely soft. Last night I was going in at 80-90% erect.

Remember that I have been pumping for a long time, my tissue is highly used to high vaccum and expansion. I can be at 15 in.Hg for some time without problems, if I do the creeping technique and are careful. But I recommend 10 in.Hg to be max, you don't need more for good growth.

With pumping I recommend starting slow and just enjoying the progression of maxing out the pump slowly.

Important to use SRT 5X5X3.

Most important is the 5x5x3

Videos regarding the usage of Bathmate pumps (Hydromax + HydroExtreme).

Man I’ve got a Hydromax and love it. Have you seen Daniel Greens progress he’s made from the bathmate ? Dude is insane! He’s like 8 inches long and started with 5.

Haven't seen his progress. I do not gain any substantial length with pumping. My lengthgains are done with a broomstick (my hands) and LengthMaster 3.

I have a 2" cylinder now (arrived today) to my MityVac Hydro-Vac Penis Pump system (only using water), and it's really tight, my penis almost do not fit.

I hope I can gain faster by switching between 2" cylinder and 2.5" cylinder, that worked in the past (but with Bathmate). I will also see if I can correct my upward curvature with a really tight cylinder (2" diameter).

The journey continues.
I see you are an old member, wonderful you have come back to us. I'm relatively new here.

In my opinion MityVac Hydro-Vac Penis Pump system is superior to Bathmate.

As I always say...talk to your penis and grow big.

If the tissues are resisting expansion, the bellows will simply stop decompressing because the spring force can't override the tissue resistance.
Adding information in regards to this.

If your base expansion are to much (never use comfort insert = limit expansion + growth), the bellows on Bathmate Hydromax pumps will not work that well.

It's very easy to loose all the vaccum pressure at once, if your base are expanding hard into the rubber creases / the gator 🐊, and you are trying to "milk" all the vaccum you can from the bellow. Suddenly you can loose all the vaccum pressure.

That is why I like the VacuVin (wine saver) modification for Bathmate. In a way you nullify the safty and the bellows in the Bathmate pumps.

But it's easiest to implement this modification on HydroExtreme models. But remember you have no gauge. Be safe about it, don't overpressure your penis.

SIM, but the inner diameter of the comfort insert is just under 2.5 inches. I normally use a 2.25" tube.
